Another life being...

"What are you doing here?" she hreard from behind.

Turning back to the voice, she turned and there was a man standing. Finally another life being. A deep sent of relief warmed I-rangris heart to find she wasn't alone here any more.

"Ah! Sir..." she pounced back on her feet trying to speak but, the words were choked within her.

All the time she was panicked and frightened watching strange things happening around her in a place first time visited alone with not even her parents by her side.

And now finally, there was someone else. Standing like a shivering doll,

I-rangris tried speaking out her listed question. Question that could be explained and replied but, non of them were ready to support her heart. She felt her heart beating so loud that she could hear them vibrating her ear drum. This turned her into tears again.

"Why?...." she sobbed inwards asking "what is this? Why can't I speak? I feel relief looking at someone in front of me then why can't I say a word?" she tried speaking again but nothing came out only choked in her throat.

Pat...

"Ah!"

Suddenly, a palm rested on her head, she looked up. It was the same man who arrived just a second ago was now smiling a pleasnt one at her.

"It's okay...." spoke a gentle voice of him "I understand you are scared by the atmosphere around here but, don't worry.... there are others around with me".

At first I-rangris we puzzled by this. He said others while there was no one around to be seen. Then what did he mean? She noticed him carrying a bag and his outfit was a long white coat with a white cloak on it, with gloves in his hands and he seemed kind hearted person from his look.

"Are....are you a Doctor?" she finally asked able to speak without choking and fearing.

The man moved back nodding and introduced himself "Yes, I am a Doctor and my name is Zain. May I know who you would be?"

"My name is I-rangris Tayoah" introduced the girl herself.

"I-rangris, it's a weird name but a beautiful one" expressed the Doctor his opinion by hearing the name. He turned his glance at the statues and said "well, I must check on them people first then we can talk, okay?"

The girl nodded in silence.

Moving on Doctor Zain got to work, he paced till the centre of monuments of stone figures, kept his bag down.

As I-rangris was watching him, to her surprise, his hand glowed with a yellow powder, he flipped his hand sending his power to the earth. Under his feet a yellow symbol appeared with glowing light.

"What is this?" thought I-rangris as she couldn't believe what her eyes were viewing. "A Doctor with powers?"

The Doctor wasn't done yet, this symbol stretched white lines all around the surroundings meeting up with all the statues in the area. Meeting up each statues, it got covered in a transparent hexagon lighting in yellow. A smile grew in Zain's lips. He, at the same pose turned to the girl and signaled her to come over.

I-rangris gulped and paced "stand on this line..." he requested her as a line stretched from him towards her feet.

As she stepped on it a hexagon covered her "AAAAAh!" she screamed in terror and jumped out of the hexagon in fear.

"Hahahaha" laughed Zain "don't worry it's nothing wrong" he calmed her.

"But this is all new for me" replied

I-rangris sadly.

To the Doctor's experience he realized the girl wasn't feeling easy and could fall ill by the anxiousness due to the surroundings.

"I must try to calm her down. She said it's new for her so perhaps..... she could be" his ideas were starting to puzzle him too however, for the girl he decided to remain normal. " I am sorry" he said in a calm voice "you must be worried right?" he asked and the girl turned to him.

He turned front looking at the statues and said "Let me explain you what I am doing here?" this caught the girl's attention. He gave out details, this was his power. He was using his abilities to check all the statues here.

Inside the living beings were alive. He as a Doctor visits this place plus, with many others around checking their life source, health condition and heartbeat of surviving then leave it the next day.

"Woah...." surprised the girl.

The Doctor smiled for her and continued on explaining the process of the power. The symbol under his feet is his power's identity, pretty simple in a design. While the lines are the connection of life which Zain could feel within the statues. The hexagon which covered them even the one which I-rangris was brought in was to scan the health of the being.

"Wow you are amazing Doctor!" spoke I-rangris happily "you checked all of them out in a single time. I have never seen anything like this before".

"Thanks but, it's nothing" smiled Zain "it's always my duty".

"So was I healthy?" asked I-rangris about her condition after understanding the process of the hexagon.

"As healthy as a child I-rangris" replied the Doctor with a laugh.

"What about the others?" asked the girl getting excited to know about the others inside the statues.

"All are good and healthy inside, still surviving" answered the Doctor.

I-rangris looked around at all. She noticed a red hexagon and asked pointing "Doctor that's red, what does that means?"

Hearing this he turned looking at it, his expression fadded, with a sad reply "that one inside is..... dead...."
