Chapter 1

“Why?!” A woman yelled in tears. “You aren’t my wife anymore, let’s settled the divorce.” The man said coldly. “Why?” The woman sobbed. A young girl popped her head through the crack of the door.

“I have a mistress and me and she had a 15th-year-old daughter.” “You…” The woman kept on sobbing as she wiped the tears. “Huo Qilin, I love you but...lets settled the do-” Before the woman can be finished the door open and a woman and a young girl who seems to be in teen years.

“Father!” The young girl said cheerfully. “Dear! What are two doing here?” The man asked.  “We justed came back from shopping and who’s this, dear?” the woman said when she saw looked over.

‘She prettier but the position Madam of Huo Family can only be mine.’ Lin Xingjuan thought.

“She’s my ex-wife now. Huang Zhaohui meets Lin Xingjuan, Xingjuan meet Zhaohui.” The man said as if this scene was like nothing. Huang Zhaohui wiped her tears and grabbed the divorce and signed it.

“Huo Qilin from now on, we will have nothing between us.” The woman said coldly. “Qiaohui!” The woman yelled out her daughter’s name.

When Huo Qiaohui came out from behind the door, Lin Xingjuan’s daughter, Huo Yun was jealous of Qiaohui’s looks.

“Mother,” said Huo Qiaohui. “Qiaohui…” Father Huo said. “Mr. Huo please can me Miss Huang from now on.” Huo Qiaohui said coldly. “You brat!” Huo Qilin almost gotten slapped but Huang Zhaohui pulled her daughter away from Huo Qilin. “Since you divorce my mother, from now on we don’t have any connection by name anymore.”

“Mother let’s head out.”  Huo Qiaohui and Huang Zhaohui headed towards to the door.

Both mother and daughter decide to head back to Australia, to see her grandmother.

They arrived in Sydney, a limo was waiting for them. Then the door of the car open and a man appeared.

“Sister…and my dear little rosette has grown.” The man was Huang Zhaohui’s older brother, Huang Zian. “Brother…” Huang Zhaohui quietly sobs on Zian’s shoulder.

“Mother, I will make you proud.” Huang Zhaohui released from the hug and looked at her daughter who’s only 15 years old.

“I’ll be waiting.” Huang Zhaohui smiled happily. “Come’ on let us get inside the car.” “Yes, Uncle.” They enter the car and Huang Zian sat in the front seat. “Drive.” “Yessir.”

They arrived at Huang’s Main Household. The Huang was supposed to be called the Williams but changed its last name due to Old Master’s wishes and that was Qiaohui’s great grandfather’s. Qiaohui’s great grandmother was a hero in her generation. A soldier fighting for the lives of innocent peoples. Her name was Xi Huang and after her great grandmother died, her great grandfather renames the family’s name into Huang to honor their great grandmother.

They walked inside and saw her grandmother, who was crying after 20 years not seeing her daughter and granddaughter. “Grandmother!” Huo Qiaohui said. “My rosette, you have grown so much!” Madam Huang said happily while tears were rolling down.

“My daughter! You suffer so much!” “It was nothing mother.”

“Come on let’s eat dinner and go to sleep, you guy’s must be jet-lagged.”

After eating Qiaohui headed upstairs and was about to call her boyfriend but then he called her first, Qiaohui was surprised at first but she answered the phone.

“Hello?” “Hello, Qiaohui, I have to say something to you.”

“What?” “Let’s break-up, I love your sister more than you.”

Tears roll down her face. “Su-sure.” Qiaohui tried to calm down but couldn’t.

“Brother Xicheng, let me talk to my sister.” “Ok, baby.” “Thanks.” ‘This couple disgusts me.’ Qiaohui thought.

“Hello? Sister, I’m sorry but I love brother Xicheng and-” “Enough of this bullsh*t, I don’t care anymore.” Qiaohui hanged up.

“You thought that you can make me cry, that was justing acting, I should get an acting award.”

Two weeks later, Zhaohui and Qiaohui headed back to China, they lived in a small condo until Qiaohui grows into an adult.

Huo Qiaohui went to the best high school in Ember City, scoring the top of the school, making herself a legend. Then attend Harvard University and then at Standford University and then graduating at the age of 19, majoring in business, fashion, and a lot more.
