prince Yuan yin dong age 20 first prince of dong ling empire. red eyes like his mother and black hair like his dad he is known as the unwanted prince in dong ling state as everyone thinks he is disfigured likes: being alone, painting and reading. hates his family including his mother for some reason other than the second prince.hates girls and betrayers. talent: martial arts but isn't able to use due to being poisoned. his relationship with his family and other past u will know in the future chapters.i can only reveal this much now. our ml of the story

second prince of dong ling empire Xuan min dong age 18. likes: snatching things from ml and making him suffer. hates: ml and his mom that is concubine meiling(u will know the reason later) talent: martial arts,and other ware fare techniques. he is taken care by concubine zong most of the time than concubine meiling

yue Wang dong emperor of dong ling empire. age 42 loves his wife wei Ling the most. he loves his two sons equally but has a misunderstanding between him and his first son which caused his son to hate him. wife's: Wei Ling dong. concubine meiling. concubine zong. though he has three wife's he doesn't like concubine zong u will know the reason later.currently in a coma due to excessive exaustion from the fight in the previous war and being poisoned.

empress wei Ling dong real empress of dong ling empire. ml mom. currently have disappeared (reason to be revealed in story).has another identity plus secrets revealed soon in story. loves her sons yuan yin dong and Xuan min dong equally.treats concubine meiling as her own sister.her relationship with concubine meiling is good other things u will know later.

concubine meiling temporary empress of dong ling empire since the disappearance of empress wei Ling. loves both her sons yuan yin dong and Xuan min dong equally.sees Wei Ling as her own sister and misses her a lot after her disappearence. her health is currently bad and she is worried about her husband as he is in a coma and is upset because her son's hate her due to different reasons which u will know later in story. other things u will know later.

concubine zong.looks after prince Xuan min dong as his mother concubine meiling health is bad dislikes empress wei Ling and concubine meiling. very bad person. other things u will know later
