VALERIE

Surprisingly enough Noah didn't bother me in the rest of the classes. Em got mad at me for not telling her that Noah was back. After a lot of convincing, she forgave me with the promise that I won't hide anything from her again.

The bell for lunch rang and we hurried toward the lunch hall. Everyone was sitting in the groups there except for some loners.

The smart ones aka the nerds at one table.

The pretty girls at one aka barbies without plastic, I am guessing, cause they looked naturally pretty.

I saw my brother waving at me, asking me to come over, from his table filled with jocks and cheerleaders aka the popular ones. 

"No thanks, I don't think I can digest my food within so much flowing masculinity and daggers shooting from those bimbos eyes. We will be fine on our own. And don't even think of coming over here." I texted him and started walking towards the table where two girls were sitting.

"Hi, I am Valerie and this is Emily, my best friend. We are new here. Can we sit with you people?", I said looking at them.

"Of course, the more the merrier. Olivia", said the brunette one smiling while shaking my hand. "Hi, I am Alison. Come on sit.", said her friend while grinning at us.

After sitting and chitchatting while eating, we become good friends. I mean as good as a person can be at first meeting. Em, especially hit it off with Alison. I am betting my whole stock of Nutella that it's because both are blonde. BLONDE BOND..... I guess.

"Just now someone texted me and guess what who is coming to our school!!!?", said Alison shrieking.

Entire hall turned toward our table eyeing Alison strangely. 

"This is so embarrassing.", said Olivia attempting to cover her face to save herself from embarrassment.

Em and I both burst out laughing making the whole situation crazier. Olivia also stopped her futile efforts to hide and smiled.

"Okay so who exactly is coming to make you go all ballistic? Ryan Reynolds?", asked Em getting curious.

She's always been boys crazy. Any hot guy in our school, you name it, she knows him. But the irony is she never had a boyfriend before.

"Oh..I forgot you guys are new here. The heartthrob, the prince charming is coming to our school" said Alison, dreamily.

"Enough with the suspense just tell us who is 'he'", I said getting impatient and a little bit annoyed. One Em was already enough, now I have two boys crazy friends. Great, just great.

"Jayden King is coming. Brother of Kevin King, the former heartthrob of this school.", said Alison in her high pitch voice.

If she talks in this tone on a daily basis, we should really reconsider the future of our friendship.

"He used to come around once in a while with his brother but since his brother graduated 2 years ago, he didn't come, till now", she shrieked, again.

"If he's this popular why haven't I heard about him before?", I asked curiously. "Yeah, perks of being jock's sister", said Em admiringly.

"Jock? Who is your brother?" asked Olivia. So she is a curious type like me. I said internally smiling. "Jason Anderson.., the running back", I said hoping that they don't turn out to be his fangirls.

"So you're that gorgeous sister of playboy everybody's been talking about.", said Olivia in a bored tone. "I will take that as a compliment. But why is everyone talking about me?" I asked curiously. 

"Maybe they want to welcome you to popular's squad or just being curious. Like Emily said perks of being jock's sister", said Alison excitedly like it was some royal position.

To be honest I really had no intention of going near any of those fake people. Some of them might be good and all but I know for a fact that most of them are fake, just like my brother. Some faked to fit in, like my brother. Some faked because they are used to it and some faked without even them knowing it, like Connor. My brother, the sweet caring type is faking the playboy facade to fit in the team, but in reality, he doesn't sleep around. He had only dated once. I hope he breakout from this whole fake facade soon. 

"How come you don't know Jayden then? He is your brother's friend", asked Alison. Before I can say I don't know any Jayden, the bell rung. We all got up for our class.

"Okay so lets exchange no. and meet later," said Emily cheerily. After exchanging numbers she went to her class, since she had different one.

As I made my way out the cafeteria with Olivia and Alison, I saw someone running toward my way.
