Chapter 3

"because you wanted to take me away from my life, my brother the only one who has ever actually cared about me. I said the tears rolling down my cheeks.

"I knew I wouldn't make it far but I still had to try" I continued he looked me in the eyes then looked away we sat in silence for a few moments until he finally broke it.

"you were my mate which makes you the Luna of my pack without A luna my pack will not thrive and you must understand that" he said his face cold. I couldn't believe he said that hes not even giving me a choice.

I started to rid the IVs out of my arms and unplug the machines I was Connected to from me "what are you doing" he said standing up "what does it look like you piece of shit" I said getting up.

he grabbed me and pinned me against the wall "who do you think you are" he growled "who do I think I am" I said "I don't think I know and I know That I am Stella Woods And I refuse to be controlled by a man such as your self" I continued looking straight into his eyes.

"you are the first one to challenge me like this" he said coldly "well don't worry since we're stuck together going to be dealing with it for the next 70 to 80 years" I replied.

he smiled "your feisty I like that" I couldn't help but roll my eyes "and your a douchebag" I replied "keep that up and we're gonna have problems sweet heart" he said through gritted teeth I leaned up to his ear "what are you gonna do kill me beat me you already said you wouldn't hurt me" I said.

he grabbed me by the throat and stared for a minute then threw me to the ground "get changed I'll go file your discharge papers" he said walking out of the room.

I got changed and eventually we made it out to his truck and headed for his house I assumed this time he took precautions so I didn't jump out of his truck and as precautions I mean he took the lock part out of my door so it would always be locked from the inside.

eventually we got to his house and that was really big the driveway was like a horseshoe with a fountain in the middle Rich much. as soon as he parked he came around open the door and grab me and pulled me into the house he took me upstairs to the last room in the hall and threw me onto the bed.

"here's what's gonna happen you will be my luna and you will be happy it might take a while but you will understand" he said laying on top of me.

I took a deep breath "I want to talk to my brother" I replied I knew either way I would have to be his luna we were mates the moon goddess chose our souls to be with each other forever.

"answer me first" he said "we both know that I can't run" I said and he got up off me and tossed me my phone "dont try anything" he said walking out of the room.

I looked at my phone and there were at least 100 missed calls from my brother so I quickly called him back.

the phone rang twice and he picked up "Stella where are you please tell me your safe" he said and I couldn't say a word "Stella please answer me" he said again "I found my mate" was all I managed to get out of my mouth

"what who is he where are you" he asked again "I'm in Kingston" I said with tears in my eyes.

"what" he said "how did you get there that's over 60 miles away "I ran and my mate he's um Anthony Williams Alpha of the Blood Moon pack" I said.

"he hasn't hurt you right" he said in a deep voice "no he hasn't" I replied "um I have to go I'll call you when I can ok" I said still trying to hold back tears "yeah I love you little sis" he said "I love you to Conner" and then we hung up.

after I dried my tears I walked down the steps into the the kitchen where Anthony stood cooking.

"how's your brother?" he asked stirring spaghetti sauce "how would you be if you just found out your sister was mates with the strongest Alpha in the country" I said leaning against the door way "it's the world actually" he replied I rolled my eyes "Whatever" I said

he turned around and walked over to me "listen" he said "I know what the stories say about me, that I kill just for fun and stuff but what they don't say is the truth to why I do it" he said.

I thought more a moment "why do you do it" I asked, he took a deep breath and walked me out to the living room where there were a lot of pictures of him and other people which I assumed as his family and friends. he rapped his arms around my waste and leaned his head on mine "because the things I did, I did to protect not only my family but my pack and now not only are you part of my pack but also my mate and my luna and that is the most dangerous job in the world" he said after a minute he slapped my *** and realised me from his hold.

"way to ruin the moment" I said crossing my arms "sorry" he replied "but I've got to finish dinner and really couldn't resist" he continued, I couldn't help but roll my eyes "dinners almost done I'll call you when it's ready so you can go explore if you want" he said walking into the kitchen.

I nodded although I knew he wouldn't see it and walked up the stairs, there were at least 10 rooms on this floor and I opened every single door.

the first 5 I opened were all guest rooms the 6th was a gym the 7th was a shower room the 8th was just a really big closet and the 9th and 10 were both doors leading to a library and of course I had to open it and go in.
