The First Day (School)
Taehyung walked into the school, nervousness bubbling in the pit of his belly. The school yard was awfully empty, that's weird for the first day.
Once he step foot in the building, he could finally see what was happening.
There were loud shouts from familiar voice and a crowd of students that circled around it.
Seokjin
Fucking hell, Tae-Ri!!!
Taehyung bored through the crowd getting hypocritical stare from those he passed. In the middle of the crowd stood Jimin, Tae-Ri an Seokjin.
Seokjin's face was blood red while Jimin had his arms crossed and foot tapping on the floor furiously. Tae-Ri had a smirk on his lips as he leaned against the lockers.
Taehyung
What did he do this time?
Jimin
Your gonna come and wipe of the shit you put on our lockers!
Tae-Ri
Why should I? Loud bitches like you deserved it.
Seokjin screamed in frustration. Tae-Ri decided it was a good idea to smear dog faeces all over their lockers as a heartwarming gift for their first day.
Tae-Ri
Oh look who showed up. Did you like your gift too?
Smugness wrapped around his voice as he talked to Taehyung.
Taehyung
I am going to tell the principal

And he's gonna make you wipe it off

For all I know, I would just get a detention and it's would be against child health regulations for a me to clean that shit.
Tae-Ri
So you won't be getting the pleasure of seeing me clean your lockers.

He was right. The school wouldn't let a student clean dog shit.

Everyone turned their heads to see Mr. Disci standing in the corner with his arms crossed. Disappointment was written all over his face
Students scattered to their classes for the bell had rang minutes ago. The four of them stood in the middle of the hallway. There was no escape for their punishments.
Mr.Disci
No, I don't wanna hear it!
Mr.Disci
I expected better from you three but what do the always say? Expect the unexpected.
He shot deadly glares at each boy making small bumps form on their skin.
And that's what they did. He led them into an empty classroom. Taehyung's lips quivered with each step he took, he was afraid of getting in trouble. Seokjin wrapped his arms around Taehyung's shoulders. He was like an older brother to the younger, always protecting him.
Jimin
It'll be alright, Taehyungie
Jimin tried to comfort the scared boy, they were best friends after all.
Mr.Disci
I am not going to report you to the principal since it is the you first day but...
But what? Why did teachers always pause before they say something important?
Mr.Disci
During your lunch time your gonna come to my class. You're going to come for your rags and buckets to clean of that grime on the lockers.
Tae-Ri
But sir it's against school-
Mr.Disci
I don't care if it is against the Bible but your gonna do it. Do it nice and proper.
Mr.Disci
Do you all understand?
Mr.Disci
I said "Do you all understand"!
They mumbled together. This day is just getting bad to worse with every second.
Mr.Disci
Good, now go to your classes or I'm going to give you a detention
They ran off, none of them looking back.
Taehyung sat down in his seat after apologizing to the teacher for being late. She was lenient since it was the "first day".
Teacher
Since today is the first I'm seeing you guys and girls, we'll be introducing ourselves.
Teacher
Hi, I'm Miss. Kai. I'll be your form teacher for the rest of the year.
Teacher
So let's start off with you. State your name and a goal you'd like to achieve for the school year. This goes for the rest of you.
And that how the day went on. Going to different classes and they would introduce themselves.
Taehyung
Hi, my name is Kim Taehyung and my goal is to be strong, just like my dad.

So you guys had to cleaned dog shit in your lunch time,
Hoseok
W-while I was looking for you?
Hoseok was trying his best to hold back his laughter but seeing Jin rolling his eyes, loud cackles and snorts left his heart shaped lips.
Seokjin
Ha ha ha continue laughing until you hit that tree.
Bam! Hoseok walked right into a tree causing him to tumble on to the ground.
The group erupted with mocking laughter.
Jimin
You know I saw it but just didn't want to say anything
They started wheezing when he slipped on a leaf falling again. Hoseok couldn't help himself, he joined in the laughter.
It was embarrassing yet funny.
Taehyung reached his hand out to help him but to his surprise he fell on top of Hoseok due to his weak upper body strength.
Seokjin
Oh my god, what's going on?
Seokjin
Y'all are falling like dominoes
They continued laughing with their belly cramping and cheeks sore for smile so long.
The small chuckle betrayed him
Seokjin and Jimin reach out their hand pulling the boys up to their feet.
Hoseok
Now let's hurry and get to the gazebo before its full
Jimin
Yeah, so Taehyung can tell us his dream before his bus comes.
Taehyung
It's not even that important, it's just a silly dream-

Because scaredy cats always listen to things that will scare them knowing the consequences

Yeah, so have you ever went through the doors?
Why that question, Jimin?
Taehyung timidly put his fingers together. He didn't like talking about his dreams but his friends insisted, saying it will help him. It did but sometimes he felt embarrassed.
No one was like him. He probably had some mental illness due to feeling of being unloved and created a character in his subconscious that always wanted him.
Where he belonged to someone, where he was "mine".
Taehyung
I don't want to see what's behind the door
Hoseok
I wouldn't want to either, but what if going beyond the doors make the nightmares stop?
Seokjin
But what if it make them worsen?
His friends always did this. He would tell them his dreams and then they would give their theories on it. He would try to do some of them but others were too risky to try.
He could barely even think during his dreams, so what's the chance they would work?
Jimin
You know what Taehyung?!
Jimin
You're going behind those doors and your gonna beat the shit out of that demon!
Jimin stood up from his seat, slamming his hands against the table.
Jimin
I don't give two shits if your scared, you're gonna snap his neck off and kick him in the balls!
Taehyung
Hyung, but-but...
Hoseok
No buts, Taehyung! You're gonna do this!
Seokjin
And you gonna teach that demon a lesson! This has been going on since you were twelve!
Taehyung
Yeah, you're right! This is my chance to change!
They rose up from their seats courage and hope shining in their eyes. This is the day they'll conquer all those choose to step on them in the pass. Today they shall succeed!
Taehyung
Oh, the bus is here?
Jimin
Remember Taehyung-ssi!
Taehyung got into the bus paying his fare. He went home with an excited spirit. This is the day he would put a stop to his nightmares. This is the one good thing that came out of today, his courage.
Courage was something Taehyung found hard to find. He was always timid, shy or scared. But his friends would always cheer him up. He loved them for that.
This is the first day of victory and nothing will or is going to change that. For the first time Taehyung feels strong, he isn't scared anymore.
This was the best and the worst first day
