Aside from realistic things you can make in game items like potions

You can be anything from a healer, merchant, warrior, or mages

Healers are classified into \=

-Esscence Healers which uses potions

-Helaers to cure ordinary illnesses

-Universal Healer that uses all methods

merchants are classified into \=

-Soul merchant which sells in game products

-Merchant which sells real life products

-Universal Merchant that sells almost everything

warriors are classified into \=

-ranged warrior which attacks from mid to far range

-melee warrior which attacks at a close distance

mages are classified into \=

-Dark mage that attacks with powerful force but consuming much mana (NOT NECESSARILY EVIL)

-Mages attacks with quick and precise movements but not so powerful attacks

Oh yeah and People's appearances in real life is the same as in the game, but undetectable by machines, only if you recognized someone from real life can know who they are
