It's been 15 minutes... I think I overcooked the bacon...should I do it all over again? will I have time left? not to mention that he is getting impatient...

"oh man, what do I do?" he mumbled to himself.

yoonwoo tore open another packet of bacon and set it to fry. hmm...willI be alright? I don't think I can do this...no no no...think positive Yoonwoo.

yoonwoo slapped himself on both the cheeks gently to get out of the negative thoughts he was having.

Shiwoo's POV

well well well...this looks interesting...he messed up with the bacon, he fried it too much, he has about 10 minutes left...will he be able to make it? I wonder..this much more fun than I had imagined...

*snicker*

at least I can see that he doesn't give up and is determined to complete it...but that doesn't satisfy the customer who is paying for the quality of food...he has to make it perfect, even if the flavour shifts even a bit, it changes the dish altogether. you have to be careful about the amount of heat required for frying the bacon as well...hmmm

Yoonwoo served the Bologna Sandwich to Shiwoo on a plate and garnished it a bit of coriander.

Well, his presentation is not bad at all, I would have given him 10/10 if this was a test of getting into the restaurant but right now I need to focus on the cooking and flavour!
