Chapter 2 : Return to home

She was so shocked to utter a word, and then finally came back to her senses, pushed him away and cried out " What are you doing? "

He just smiled and said, " well, I'm just fulfilling your last wish. You said, you never kissed. "

She was so angry and shouted at him, " but I never wanted it from a stranger "

He said, " if you think so... My name is Jason Graner. Nice to meet you. " saying that he extended his hand.

But she turned to opposite side saying, " it's not "

After a few minutes, everything calmed down and the flight landed safely. Everyone got out safely relieving a sigh. In the airport lobby, both of them took their luggage and she started to leave in a hurry, trying to escape from him.

She glared at him and said, " You just stole my first kiss. Don't you dare follow me. " saying that, she stormed out.

He just smiled and said to himself, " What an interesting girl. "

When Jason returned home, everyone was waiting for him. He just entered into the yard, when a girl suddenly hugged him and said, " I missed you a lot. "

He smiled and said, " Fiona, what a surprise. How are you? "

She stepped aside and said, " Bad boy. Can't you say you missed me too. "

Then a voice from the corner said, " You know Jason can't lie. "

Fiona glared at him, " Eric Parker "

Jason laughed and rushed to his mother and gave her a warm hug, " I missed you. "

His mother smiled warmly, looked at him and said, " Me too. "

From the side, his father James Graner said in a playful tone, " Since her son is back, she wouldn't care about me anymore. "

Then Fiona approached and said, " Don't worry uncle, I'm here to care for you. "

" Your dad is so lucky to have a caring daughter like you. "

Jason just smiled, " come on dad... " and pulled him into a tight hug.

Two men who stood at the corner, witnessed the scene and became speechless. Well, they never had this kind of friendly relationship with their fathers.

" See, how they are pampering each other. Just watch them and learn. " Eric said with a teasing tone to the person next to him.

" You are so annoying. You said you wouldn't come. But why did you come? "

They both started arguing.

Everyone left them in the yard and went into the house. It is a two storied building, beautifully decorated with a big yard in front. A cozy family of three, has been living there, since Jason was born. It has a big living room, decorated with fancy furniture. The stairs at the corner of the living hall, leads to the second floor, where there's Jason's room, study and a guest room.

They went inside and sat on the sofa.

Jason said laughing, " After all these years, they are still the same. "

Kevin laughed along with him, " Leave them be. How are you ? It's been a long time. "

" Just as you see. But brother, why did you become so thin, is the workload in the company so heavy. Is uncle giving you a hard time. "

Kevin smiled, " Even you didn't change a bit. I thought I would miss my little brother's flattery. "

They both laughed.

Jason's mother Susan Ryder interrupted them, " Now quit your talk. Come and have lunch. "

Everyone had their lunch happily and had a nice talk.

" Aunt Miranda, I really missed your food. You are the best cook. " Jason said satisfyingly, with his thumbs up.

The housekeeper, aunt Miranda smiled warmly.

The next day morning, Susan Ryder woke up Jason telling him that everyone is waiting for him at his grandfather's house.

He woke up with a startle, " Oh my God, it's already 10, Okay you guys make a move, I will be there in no time. "

Susan said, " Dad and I will go first. But, Fiona came looking for you and she's waiting downstairs. So make it fast. " and left.

He got freshen up and went downstairs and saw Fiona waiting for him.

" Why did you come ? You should have directly gone to grandpa's house. "

She linked her arm to his and said, " I want to spend some time with you. If that Nathan Wyatt returns, he wouldn't even give me a chance to be with you. How can he be possessive towards a friend ? "

He just smiled and they got in to the car.

Along the journey, she talked about many things and he just nodded his head once in a while. And then, when she mentioned about how she couldn't get to the airport yesterday, he got reminded of the girl that he met and unknowingly his face was filled with a smile. He got lost in thought about her, until he heard Fiona screaming,

" Jason STOP !!! "
