No longer but always has been Chapter 3

After going to the bookstore, I finally got home, it still hurts but..

I decided to stop crying because of him, and to just be happy he is back and stay as his friend

Him being mine will just remain as my fantasy..I should just be happy for him and move on

After one week..

I received a phone call from Daniel he said, if we can meet up at the old amusement park

I agreed because I noticed his rather sad tone

I arrived at the location, the amusement park was closed down a few years ago, but it's still filled with our happy memories if the past

He them arrives and we sat down as we talked about our memories and all sorts of things, I could just wish if we could go back to those days

After sometime, I then said

"I hope your stay abroad was fine, did you make lots of friends"

He answered..

"I guess, but I didn't go there to have fun, I went there to study and-"

He pause for a moment and then said..

"And to cure my illness"

I was so shocked I didn't know he had an illness...I asked him about it.. and he said

"It's not much of a big deal, don't worry"

I felt relived and scolded him for not telling me earlier

He then just laughed and said.

"Your as cute as ever, Nikki"

Those words made my heart beat faster.. but also annoyed me, since he had a girlfriend

After a few hours of talking he then said

"I really miss the old times"

I replied

"Same, I really miss it to..I only wish we could go back"

After I said that.

Daniel looked at me with a gentle smile..I could tell my face was turning red, but at the same time I felt so worried.

He smiled at me so gently.. but I can see pain in his eyes like his in so much pain

We both pause for a minute and didn't say anything..

But then he suddenly Collapsed and fainted

I was so scared at the moment and could only call faith..

After a few minutes the ambulance arrived and he was rushed to the hospital

At the hospital, I cried and thought to myself

"Daniel, you big liar, you say it wasn't a big deal..but how come now it's looks so serious.

At the hospital I wasn't allowed to enter Daniel's room..but it was getting late, so faith told me we should go home, and she will just update me on his condition

The next day at school I couldn't help but worry for him..there's nothing I could do.

After I got back home.

I got a call from Faith that I need to go to the hospital

The words faith said on the phone scared me

Faith said..

"Nikkina, you need to go to the hospital Now, Daniel's condition it's...it's critical he wants to see you, please hurry

By the tone Faith talked in she was crying.. her words filled with sadness
