5. A Changed man.

" Good morning " Ali greeted with her bright smile charming everyone present.

It's been a month since she started living at the Imsong Estate, in her perspective, " A freeloader ". Tia Imsong gave her her own room and she had plenty of everything. She did not even need to ask for anything. The only things she was free to do was eat and sleep. There was no one dwelling in the big mansion except for her and Tia Imsong with some servants so she befriended the servants. Everyone was specially kind to her.

Every day is a peaceful day all thanks to her presence. The not so friendly boss now cooled off and even smiles. He seem to have completely changed his attitude ever since he met Ali and the servants cannot be thankful enough.

Tia Imsong reluctantly left for work everyday and the relationship between the two improved so well that he always left a peck on Ali's forehead before leaving. At first Ali used to get deep red because of embarrassment but now she got used to it and doesn't mind even when the servants are near.

Ali begged Tia Imsong to let her work but he declined strongly and his powerful aura didn't allow her to collect courage to oppose. However, she was allowed to go back to college if she wished but she declined as she did not want any possible encounter with Liro. Although she does not want to disclose the situation behind her pregnancy to Tia, she does also does not want to tolerate anymore evils of Liro. Therefore she decided to take a break from her studies although it broke her to make decisions as such but she could not help it. She cannot let anyone know about her pregnancy especially not her aunt's family.

Since it has already been four months, Ali's baby bump was already showing. With her tiny features she looked the most adorable pregnant women. (According to Tia of course)

Ali spends her time strolling around the garden accompanied by the maids. She was forbidden from housework so she sometimes studies to keep herself prepared. Although everything seemed so peaceful, her heart was not. Anxiety was killing her everyday and she seems to get mood swings every now and then.

*sobs*

" Miss? Are you okay? Why are you crying? Are you alright miss? Are you in pain? " The maid asked in panic as Ali suddenly started sobbing.

*sobs*

" Miss? Wait here I'll call a doctor for you " The maid was about to leave but Ali stopped her.

" No wait... *sobs* I'm fine. "

" but miss.. you just cried. Are you sure you're okay? I can call a doctor for you if you are in pain. " The maid was really worried. They were specifically ordered by Tia Imsong to take good care of Ali and to report any discomforts or problems immediately.

" I'm fine " Ali wiped her tears and went back to her room and asked no one to enter nor disturb her.

Everyone was really worried. They did not know what to do so they ranged their boss Tia Imsong immediately.

*knock *

" Ali.. Are you okay" Tia Imsong asked. He left his meeting which was supposed to last for almost three hours and drove as fast as he could to reach home.

All the staffs and workers at the Imsong Empire were left with nothing but surprise especially his secretary, Mr. Chishi. Tia Imsong was like a changed man or was it that he always had this side hidden within him. Everyone was surprised because Tia Imsong, the business tycoon who prioritize his business more than anything, ran out of his meeting on receiving a call.

Ali was laying down on her bed trying her best to

"Tia? "

" yes.. how are you? Are you okay? "

" umm... what are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be at work right now? " Ali asked sitting up on her bed.

" The butler called and told me that you cried today. Are you okay? Is there anything you want to say to me? " Tia asked. He was worried about her. He only thought about himself and asked her to stay with him but he did not ask not for even once for her consent. He was nervous if that is what made her cry. He was worried that she wanted to be away from him.

" Did I bother you? Because of me you left your work. I'm sorry. " Ali teared up again.

" No no... I did not have anything to do today. I was just about to return home when the butler called. You did not bother me. " Tia Imsong lied seeing that a small matter as that was bringing tears in her eyes.

" Sshh.... Now.. tell me what's bothering you. What's making you cry. Tell me hmm.. If you don't tell me anything and keep it to yourself how will I help you? "

*sobs" " It's nothing really. I just feel really bored. I try my best to keep myself engaged but I feel so bored that I can't do anything but cry. " *sobs*

Tia Imsong struggled his best not to laugh out loud. Honestly Ali was looking so adorable and funny that he couldn't help himself. He was holding himself as good as possible but his body began trembling because of silent laugh.

" Are you laughing at me? " Ali's sobs turned into loud cries. She wanted to get out of the bed away from Tia Imsong but he held her back and laid her head in his chest. He patted her head and calmed her down until she finally dozed off.

Tia Imsong laid her down in the bed, tucked her with a blanked and left a soft kiss on her lips before heading out of the room to change. The first thing he did after rushing home was see Ali and that's why he did not get the chance to change his clothes.

Tia Imsong consulted Ali's private doctor which he arranged for her and he was told that it was common cases during pregnancy. She must have been feeling suffocated inside the mansion to make her act that way. The doctors even warned him to prepare himself since in his intuitions there will me more headaches coming his way in this remaining five months of Ali's pregnancy.

Ali woke up to the tapping sounds of computer and looked at the side where the sound was coming only to see Tia Imsong doing his work. He was only wearing his night pajamas with an unusual pair of glasses. The simple sight of him deeply concentrated on his work made her heart flutter.

" If you keep staring at me I might lose myself" Ali blushed deep red. She did not realize she was staring at him. She quickly hid her face under the blanket but Tia Imsong already reached out. He removed the blanket from her face and the stroked her hair. They stared at each other for some intense minutes and Tia Imsong planted a soft kiss on Ali's lips.

They blushed off at each other's sight after the kiss. Tia Imsong did not understand why he suddenly kissed her and Ali could not understand why she accepted his kiss. They just seem to blend well with each other.

* clears throat* " I have to tell you something " Tia Imsong held Ali's hands and stroked it. " I hid your whereabouts without telling you. Nobody knows where you are and it's already been a month since."

" Why are you telling me this now? "

*pause* " Because recently I found someone searching about you. I wanted to hide you without letting you know but I don't know why I'm suddenly revealing you this. What do you think I should do? Shall I find about the person's identity and let them know your condition or do you want me to continue hiding you ? It's your call. "

Ali was surprised. If Tia Imsong wished then he could have hid the information about him hiding her all along but he was completely honest with her. She never thought she deserved such respect. Although he did it without her consent, she too wanted to hide away as far as possible so it did not really matter in fact she was thankful for hiding her so well.

Tia Imsong was flabbergasted. He doesn't understand what the hell is happening with him. He went on revealed something which was supposed to be concealed deep. He just becomes a different person in front of her.

No matter what he was sure that Ali would hate him and want to go away from him. What will he do then? How will he persuade her to stay with him even when he did those? Will she still stay?

" Tia..... mm.. how do I say this.. It's okay"

" Huh? "

" I said it's okay. Remember when you first brought me here? I was on a taxi with my luggage. *chuckles* I was running away from here. I did not want anyone to find me or know where I was so I decided to hide myself. " Ali looked at Tia with a smile. " Thanks for hiding me so well. " Tia Imsong immediately hugged Ali. He was so drawn in the moment when he suddenly realized that Ali hugged him back. He was glad he brought her home that day and most of all he was glad that it was her whom he got pregnant that day.

Tia Imsong decided to protect Ali and their child. He was never going to be a good father except for taking responsibility but now he anticipated for their baby to be born.

" Ali... Will you marry me? "

" huh? What? "
