Episode 3

Rick.

The group started to pack and clean the camp up for when Merle and Morgan got back Rick had heard they found a prison a town over and they said the yard could be easily taken back from the walkers and they were on their way back.

Daryl gets to the road and manages to push one of the cars blocking the way to the prison off the road by the time the others meet up with him at the fence gate, walkers follow the Pack while they run to the gate.

Once there the group see a group of teenager sitting in the field when a white wolf walks out, An omega, rick group only had three omegas, carol, beth, and merle... the group watch as the wolf runs to a alpha teen male, he stand to watch them, his eyes calculating their every move...

It was the omega that moved first the alpha trying to grab at the omega, the wolf's nose was pointed up at the air as he sniff the air and a purr came from the smaller wolf... when the wolf reach the fence he stop not willingly, an beta male was pulling the wolf backwards.

" No...Kia, stop.. Help mate's" the omega whines and looks at Rick and Daryl both alpha growls and step up to the gate.

" Bailey, brother come on... you said just last month you did not want a mate and know you're falling apart for some old guys." the beta said" Noah, talk some sense into our baby brother...please"

" we can't he is not a Normal omega stop before he fi-" their brother did not get to finish the what he was saying before bailey lash out claws and teeth rip flesh Kia put his hands up as the omega ran to the gate, he pulled it open just as a walker went for the teen he felt he needed to protect so he did jumping over the boy he crush the walker with his paws and digs his claw in stain his snow white coat red, " Carl!" the alpha wolf said as he pulled his son to him.

" i'm okay dad."

" Come on, the dark it gets the more walkers show up." Noah said as he stepped up to the alpha of the new group.

They have everything set up by dusk and the smell of food has everyone coming together around the firepit. Rick leaves them to it while he walks the fence again; he wanted to make sure they wouldn't be in any danger through the night. Everyone deserves a good night's sleep for once. Daryl was on top of the bus, pacing. Rick had come by three times by now, doing his walk on the perimeter. When Daryl finally returns to the group.

"Let's get a good night's sleep. We have a big day tomorrow." Rick tells his Pack, "I know we're all exhausted, but we just have to push a little more. These Walkers are prisoners and guards, which means their supplies may still be in tack if this place fell early. An infirmary, a commissary."

"An armory?" Daryl asks.

"That would be outside the prison itself but not too far. Food, medicine, weapons; this place is a gold mine. We have to go in and get it though." Rick looks at Daryl, "This place could be made safe enough to have the baby. You're a month overdue because we haven't found a place safe enough for you to nest, not to mention the stress. This could be it. I can lose any more family, lori That baby might not be mine but it is still Carl's half sibling and i love shane be was my best friend"

An growl had rick and daryl look to the other pack, the white wolf was watch Rick and he turn to his family" i'm going out, I be back later" he said as the omega stood rick could not believe they would allow an omega to walk outside the gates, but he could not tell them what to do.

" Bailey stay safe anything can creep up on you out there and i know you can handle yourself just be safe." the alpha brother said.

" shut up i know, i Have my knife and bow, i'm just going to take a shower." he said as he left

Rick wanted to follow him so he looked to Daryl who smiled and followed the omega out.

" Has he alway been like that? I mean he is only 20." the female omega asks.

" well we he was a cub he was cute and people... like that about him and in middle school he filled out in all the right areas for an omega, but his mouth got him in trouble with a lot of alpha's at our school... he had ask a teacher to go to the restroom one day and the alpha that was trying to court him saw him, the alpha was in the halls skipping class, he corner Bailey in the bathroom, and try to force Bailey into sex, and Bailey fought back hard he broke the alphas arm, but it did stop the alpha, he had both of their pants down and was about to rape him, when one of my friend walk in, he was almost inside of Bailey, my friend was an alpha was beat the living shit out of the other male for what he was doing to Bailey, Bailey would not let alot of people near him, he was so hurt that he try to kill himself by overdosing on drugs, Kia found him, You seen the way he acts, he walks into danger all the time, and now it alot worst with a the walkers and the bad people that will rape any omega, and the way he act when seen those two made him happy, i long to see him act like that" Noah said

" So where are your parents." Liam ask

"We got out of the packhouse they day this started and to a house that would keep us safe, we were getting out of the car Bailey saw our mother get grab by two walkers and the rip her apart he was next, our father had to pick him up and run he was 15 at the time, then 3 months ago on his 20th our father went on a supply run and never came back for hours, he end up turning into a walker and Bailey saw him first, Bailey and dad was close. our father was an alpha so he could feel safe with him, mom was an omega so he Never got along with mother, she would try and force him into mating rich alphas, and try to make him the perfect omega,so when father told her not to force him, mom began to hate Bailey. but seeing dad like that snapped something in him, his survival mode kicked in and he wasn't the scared little omega, he was able to get used to blood... Well half way, he still has to take a bath every now and then, he ends up putting our father's body down, giving him mercy himself... '' Noah said '' and Kia by the way quite made fun of him for wanting to look good, it was in his nature to have the best fur for his mate... or mates."

Rick listened to the group talk about their mate, the omega had it hard throughout life with alphas.... He had a cheating ex mate that was pregnant and now the gods threw him an omega mate that was only 20.

It was almost dawn and the fire was just a small cloud of grey smoke when the gate latch drew ricks attention he was not able to sleep knowing their omega was on the other side of the gate, Rick look up to see Daryl, he was without their small mate, jumping to his feet he was by Daryl's side hoping it was not as bad as it seem.

" Where is our mate?" Rick ask

" he hid his tracks really well, even i couldn't follow them" Daryl whines and looks at rick

" yeah... Bailey does that, he learns a lot being out there most of the time" the alpha's turn to see the brothers.

" Why though" was Daryls reply.

" He most likely hurt, Rick had a mate that was able to give cubs, and he was scared he wouldn't be enough to satisfy you, and he thought you might go back to her. But in Daryl's case he is this hot alpha in his eyes that seem to be to good for him, Bailey had it ruff as a kid, from almost rap , then our mother hating him for take most of father time all the time, and when he turn 19 he was rejected by others because of his eyes... they are not like others but it's pretty even if others think not. He must have run off to be alone because he thinks he's a freak. I'll be surprised if he every take those ugly contacts out, He'll be back when he's calm"

" why I think he is perfect, he was made for us" Rick and Daryl said, look at each other and look at the brothers, not knowing the omega was close by watching them.

T-Dog, Glenn, Maggie, Rick, Noah and Daryl all go through the gate into the inner courtyard, keeping in a tight circle and killing all the Walkers. The others stay on the fence and kill as many as they can through it. They get the first part clear and when they go to turn the corner, Rick pulls them up against the wall with a curse. A smaller fence in the courtyard was filled with Walkers and opened.

A few Walkers come out with riot gear and they have to break to take them out.

"Noah!" Rick knocks a Walker over and pulls the gate close, the Omega right behind him with the cable and clasps. Once it's on they kill the Walkers in gear, pulling the helmet up enough to reach the brain.

"Stop." Rick tells Glenn before he can open the gate for the others.

"But it looks secure?" Noah whines

"Not by the look of that courtyard it ain't." Daryl points to the fence with the Walkers behind it. "And that's a civilian. Means there's a breach somewhere."

"The inside could be swarming with Walkers from the outside." T-Dog groans.

"What do we do?" Glenn asks, "If there's walls down, we can't rebuild this place."

"We have to push in." Rick moves for the door to the neck cell block while Maggie runs over to inform the others.

When she meets them at the door, Rick opens it. The first few feet are empty of anything and passed the second door is a small rec center. Maggie goes to check one of the doors leading further into the prison, while Glenn checks the one to the cell block. Both are locked. Daryl and T-Dog check for Walkers and Rick go up to the guard shack. He finds a man who had opted out and pulls off his keys, showing them to his Pack below. They open the door to the cell block first, checking all the cells for any Walkers. Rick checks the door in the back and finds it locked then makes his way up to the second landing to check the cells with Daryl. They find two Walkers locked in the last two cells and are quick to get rid of them. They throw them over the railing and have Glenn and T-Dog remove them while the others come inside.

"It's secure?" Carol asks, looking around.

"This cell block is." Rick purrs, happy to provide his Pack with a new home.

"What about the rest of the prison?" Hershel asks.

"In the morning we'll find the cafeteria and infirmary."

"We sleep in the cells?" Beth asks, horrified. She was looking at one of the cells that had a dead inmate still in it, blood splattered on the walls and mattress from him opting out.

"I found some keys on some guards. Daryl has a set too." Rick says.

" I ain't sleeping in a cage " daryl said " ill taking the perch"

Everyone starts looking for different cells to claim as their own. Carl puts his stuff in one of the cells and looks up to see Carol and Sophia in the doorway. The Omega smiles up at her mom and puts her stuff up on the top bunk. Carl looks at the Lambda in shock.

"I'll let Rick know, ok?" Carol just smiles and nods before moving into the next one. Sophia pats the bottom mattress and Carl sits down while she pulls out some cards for them to play. Carl purrs and takes his cards from his Mate-to-be.

Glenn and Maggie chose their own cell and checked each other over for bites or scratches.

Other then that everyone seem to settle in getting thing they need for their cell room, they had began to move back outside it was still warm out but that was about to change and they wanted to soak up as much sun.
