John is waiting outside his master's residence, the air is sending chills down his spine, he wanted to enter his master's residence, but he knows that master and Bob are discussing something important.

"Master, what should we do now? " Asked Bob , master can see that Bob is afraid , he can understand why, a pond that's not effected by the weather or time has evaporated in front of his eyes within couple of eyes.

"Bob, you have to be patient , we have sent the message to the council of kings, all we can do is to await their reply." Answered master.

Bob knows that his master is a person who will not even fear death, but for some reason Bob can feel that his master his afraid.

"Master, I don't know wether I have to tell this or not." Bob hesitated to complete sentence.

"It's ok Tell me anything Bob" answered master.

"Master, the council of kings has been created ages ago, but humans having fighting each other since then, and the way the things happened in past 5 years, I think reply from the council won't be satisfying."

"What do you mean?" Master asked.

"Master, I mean, there is a good chance that council has been disbanded in light of recent events."

Master became silent for a moment, this thought didn't occured to him, the past five years was a nightmare to the humanity .

"I don't think so Bob, there is no way that council is disbanded" said master.

Bob sat on a rock near the house of his master,

He always loved the veiw from this point, the house is on top of the mountain, which stood alone in plains, like a warrior who conquered the plains.

Suddenly a man approached him,

" Young man, can I enter the residence, I have an urgent for master" said the person

"Yeah, wait a moment I will ask for master's permition," John stood up and walked towards master's residence.

"The reply for the message was very quick"

He thought

Master is still silent and it looked like he is lost in his thoughts. Bob has never seen his master like this, a sudden fear of unknown has overwhelmed him.

"Master master!"

It's John's voice from outside.

Bob looked towards master who is not responding to his call.

Bob shooked master and said

"Master, John is calling for you"

Master sighed "let him enter"

John entered the chamber and showed the person behind him

" It seems like he is from messenger tower and he has the reply for the message you have sent "

Master looked towards the person "what is it?"

The person bowed to master and said

" master, it's the reply from council"

The person handed it over to Bob carefully, and in turn Bob gave it to master.

Master ordered the person " you can leave"

Master opened the letter and read it , for a moment his face went pale and he involuntarily dropped the peice if paper.

Bob asked him " what is it? master, please tell us what is it about?"

Master took a deep breath and said " it's just what you have predicted"

John is confused, he took the letter and read it aloud.

" We are sorry to inform you that the council has been disbanded and we can't help, this time you are on your own".

Master ordered Bob " get me the finest horse we have I want to meet king lucifer"

Bob bowed in agreement and left the chamber.

John knows that he heard this name somewhere.

John turned towards master, he looked like a deer who fell in the trap of a hunter, 'helpless'

John approached master and said

" Master when you said king lucifer did you mean the king who conquered the whole world within thev past 5 years, and is popularly known as " the devil of the valley"

"The devil of the valley, the title suits him better because he turned whole world into a hell " thought master.
