Chapter 4 The Fight

"Ouch" Elsie exclaimed as she received a slap on her cheek. "How can you betray us so?" Anna asked bossy as Elsie also replied. "Betray? Did you say betray? What the hell did I do, do we resolve issues with a fight?" Elsie seemed to be so worried. "Oh stop pretending girl, you know what you've done" Anna continued. Brianna and Netta came in later to see the two girls exchange words, Netta was smart enough that she dragged the girls to sir Daniel's Bangalo, she didn't want their issues to be out there for people to talk about, immediately they got there, Netta yelled at Anna for handling issues in such manner.

Anna: Don't yell at me Netta, it's Elsie you're to be mad at!

Elsie: What on earth did I do?

Anna: You deserve another slap Elsie!

Brianna: Shut up all of you! Now tell me what Elsie did.

Anna: ask her whether she truly went to class yesterday when we were here with Sir Dan.

Sir Daniel seemed to be asleep, his sleep was interrupted by the girls, so he came in and asked what was going on, but from the look of things there was no way he was going to find out unless he also observes.

Netta: Where were you Elsie?

Elsie: I'm so sorry, I'm sorry I lied to you. I went to talk to Ra...ra...raph...Raphael...

Just then, Brianna slapped Elsie and told her she was a betrayer, tears came from Elsie and Netta's eyes. Elsie was super shocked Brianna didn't listen to her first, she couldn't bear the pain, so she returned the slap back to Brianna."You came to slap me while I was lost, knowing nothing, I didn't know what was going on, then later I realized it's because I spoke to Raphael. But I thought it was because I spoke to him without your concern, but that no reason for you to slap me, yesterday I went to talk to Raph and it was because he wanted to tell me his feelings, yes you heard me right! Do you know what I did? I told him I love him too, I told him what none of you wanted me to say, but because of the love I still have for you girls, I told him I wasn't ready and he was okay with that, you girls never wanted me to tell Raphael that I love him, but who knew things could get this better? Now we're friends because I chose you all over him, over Raphael because I value our friendship, now you all piss me off" Elsie spoke with tears as she walked away. Netta was also crying uncontrollably yet quietly, she couldn't ulter a word as she sadly walked away also, leaving Brianna, Anna and sir Daniel. "You girls have to go now, go and resolve your issue and don't step foot here until you become the Bena girls I used to know" sir Dan went inside and shut the door leaving Anna and Brianna outside.

It was almost 6:00pm, but Elsie didn't show up and the dormitory, Netta being so worried went to her class to check if she was there, but it was to no avail, then she saw Raphael and asked him if he has heard from Elsie but Raph was also looking for Elsie, they called her countless times, but she wouldn't pick, Netta then went to the library, one of Elsie favorite place to visit, but she wasn't there too.

It was getting late and Netta has done all she could do but to report to the school's management, she then went to Brianna and Anna and told them she's not going to spare them at all if something bad happens to Elsie.

Netta seems to have a special bond with Elsie aside the close one they have as the Bena girls, she seems to have similar likes and dislikes just like Elsie, she understands her in almost everything so Elsie disappearance disturbed her so much.

Both students and some teachers of which sir Dan wasn't part devoted themselves to help look for Elsie, but they still couldn't find her, so they advised that they withdraw from the search and continue tomorrow because it was getting late but Netta and Raphael wasn't ready to give in, so they continued searching for Elsie, unfortunately for them, they didn't find her, the then went back, but their dormitories were locked, so they slept outside in one of the classes that was left open. They both couldn't sleep well, they woke up immediately it was 3:00am to continue searching for Elsie. Later around 6:00am, others joined to help, but it was to no avail.

It was around 12 noon, Netta was advised to take in something, but she refused she said Elsie has also not takes anything yet, so she can't eat while Elsie hasn't, Anna and Brianna on the other hand were filled with so much guilt that they couldn't get close to Netta. The headmaster then called for an emergency assembly and officially announced that issues at hand, then he decided to call Elsie's parents and involve the police... "there's no need"... Everyone turned to look at Elsie who looks to be so exhausted in her dirty clothes. "There's no need to involve my parent nor the police, not all issues that happen in the school is supposed to be taken..." She couldn't even complete her words as she fainted, Raph then hurriedly carried her to the school's clinic.

"You have to calm down Netta, now we've found Elsie and I know she's going to be fine" Raphael assured Netta. "I just can't help" Netta responded, just then, she saw Brianna and Anna. "We came here to check up on our friend" Anna said with panic. "Well, Elsie has been in there for about an hour now, and we've heard nothing from the doctors! What happened to your problem is my problem and mine is yours, you girls were selfish, and it's because of you Elsie is in such situation, just pray nothing bad happens to her" she burst out with anger and fear, then walked towards the door leading to Elsie's room, she placed both fingers on the door and her forehead also rested on the door. She kept crying and praying until the doctors came out and told them that Elsie is perfectly fine, it was just rest she needs. Netta went in to talk to Elsie, not long after she went in, Raphael followed, Anna and Brianna also went in. Elsie stared at Anna and Brianna the moment she saw them, and they couldn't do anything but cry to ask for forgiveness.

"I can't keep pain within me, it wouldn't help any of us, I forgive you. We're still the Bena girls right? We aren't going our own ways just because of this, friends do fight, but they try their best to work things out, right? The past is now in the past, Netta, there's no need to hold on to the past, let's move on girls" Elsie struggled to talk and gave a warm smile. "We stay together in all competitions through the good and bad times, I'm so sorry for my previous acts, I like you all" Netta apologized, they kept exchanging words and finally gave out a hug. Raphael was also amazed to see how wonderful their friendship is, he has no friend that could be that amazing.
