Chapter 3: Secrets and suprises

As William walked away from Rose, he couldn't shake off the feeling that he needed to talk to someone about his feelings. He thought about confiding in Jake, his friend from school, but wasn't sure if Jake would understand.

Just then, William's phone buzzed with a text from an unexpected number. It was Becky. She asked to meet up at the park after school, saying she needed to talk to him about something important.

William's heart skipped a beat as he wondered what Becky wanted to discuss. Was she finally ready to explore her feelings for him? Or was there something else on her mind?

When William arrived at the park, Becky was already there, sitting on a bench and staring at her phone. She looked up as William approached, and smiled weakly.

"Hey, thanks for coming," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

William sat down beside her, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. "What's up?" he asked, trying to sound casual.

Becky took a deep breath before speaking. "I need to tell you something," she said. "I've been thinking a lot about my feelings, and I realized that I'm not interested in guys romantically. I think I might be attracted to women."

William's eyes widened in surprise. He hadn't expected this revelation, but he was glad Becky was being honest with him.

"I'm happy for you," William said, trying to sound supportive. "You're amazing, and whoever you're interested in will be lucky to have you."

Becky smiled, looking relieved. "Thanks, William. You're a great friend. But there's something else I need to tell you."

William's curiosity was piqued. What else could Becky possibly have to say?

"What is it?" William asked, leaning in closer.

Becky hesitated before speaking. "I've been noticing the way Jay looks at you," she said. "And I think he might have feelings for you. But I also saw the way you looked at him, and I think you might feel the same way."

William's face grew hot as he realized Becky had been paying attention to his interactions with Jay. He didn't know what to say, or how to process his feelings.

Just then, Jake appeared out of nowhere, looking concerned. "William, I need to talk to you about something," he said. "It's about your parents."

William's heart sank as he wondered what Jake had to say. What secrets was Jake about to reveal

He was scared feeling shaken because he didn't know what Jake was about to say but he tried to calm him self down, feeling pressured he asked Jake what he wanted to tell him but Jake kept quiet Becky watching from the park bench still feeling awkward and pressured from what Jake was about to say ,

William said to Jake "what is it you want to say what do you want to say" Jake didn't answer.
