First Sports Day Together

Its been a few weeks since school started. Its almost time for our monthly exams. Today we have sports day. I was put in the blue team, Adam was also on the same team. Im so excited to play. The first game was egg and spoon i an the 3rd player my bestie is on the red team so i only have Adam who i talk to on my team he was the 4th player. “Are you ready?” he asked. “Of course” i replied. Soon it was my turn to go the entire team was chearing me on but the highest voice was Adams voice it echoed so loud in the school playground. Once i reached i handed him the spoon and egg. “Good luck” i said then smiled with my eyes closed. “Thanks i wont let you down” he relplied. Damn why is she so cute my heart is raccing so fast (Adam thinking). “Huh, you wont let me down, whatvdo you mean” i asked but he was already moving so i signalled for him to continue. The next game was played in pairs, i was paired with Adam we had our legs tied as we raced to the finish line i think it was called the 3 legged race. “Are you ready?” I asked. “Yes i amhe replied. There was a minute left before the race began so i put my hand on his back so i dont fall while he put his had on my shoulder. The race started our moves where in sink from how much we hung out we aced the race no problom. The next game was tug of war we were playing against the red team first we were told to stand in ourder accourding to our number, Adam was behind me while Amy was infront of me. The game started we all gave it our best we won the game once the first opponent walked on our side we won afer we finished it i hadent even realised we won the Amy pushed me onto Adam i fell on him then we both fell to the ground i was on his lap. “Sorry Lily i didnt mean it” Amy said them gave me a smile before leaving. I turned around wanting to appoligize but the minute i tured around our mouths where so close i wanted to kiss him as we looked at each others eyes it felt like time stopped this warm look coming from his eyes made me feel safe i wanted to stay like that forever, sitting in his lap our faces a few cm apart it felt like i should kiss him right then and there that i even imagined him movind his mouth closer to mine. “Come on up” said Juliet from his class she was nice to everyone so her helping me was no surprise, but there seemed to be a trave of jealoucy in her voice. “Thanks” i said. Adam was still in the same postion not moving i wonder what he is thinking. Damn our faces where so close we could literly kiss if my face was any closer who knows what might have happened (Adam thinking). “Stand up” i said “lets go they will announce the winners” he took my hand we went together the teacher said “the winner is the BLUE TEAM” then she said our names “Tom Manha, Amy Doch, Lily Thompson” befire she could finish Adam asked “Thompson is your father Mickale Thompson?” “Yes whats the matter” i sais. “no no no if cant be hiw did i friend you” he said. I was stunned, what was going on.
