Actually not to ruin the flow here, but it's a very good platform to promote sustainable menstrual hygeine as menstrual pads are made from materials which do not decompose even after centuries so it's better if women shift towards a more eco friendly alternative present that is menstrual cup because menstrual pads can increase the risk of cancer due to the toxins used in it.....and menstrual cup is affordable too as one can use it for 4 to 5 years easily which has a huge gap in financial strait compared to pads......ik it's painful in the beginning but as time progresses we cannot even feel its presence and can enjoy all beautiful moments of getting in water or hiking during periods!! Its just to take a moment and let women know a better way to experience their menstrual cycle ❤️
