A huge coincidence? continuation.

I woke up early morning for school. I had to always go and wake Jake up for school. It has been a habit of mine since pre school.

"HEYY wake up!!”I shouted near his bedroom window.

"I'm awake!! no need to shout Shane!!!!" he scolded.

I was really impressed that Jake was awake. His not really a early bird.

"Wow Jake I'm impressed!" I said to him as we were walking to school.

Jake made a weird smile in his face and continued to walk behind me.

On the way I received a text from Sam.

Sam- "hey Shaneyyy good morning!! "

Me- "Ohh good morning!! "I replied.

Sam-" Wanna walk to school together? he asked.

Me-" Sorry but I'm almost near the school gate.Maybe next time? "I replied.

Sam- "Awesome it's a date!!! "He replied.

Me- "Wait.WHAT!?!!" I answered.

Sam-" Umm ...sorry typo mistake?" He replied.

Me- Lmaoo :> I replied.

I was laughing so hard to Sam's joke, that Jake thought I was gone mad or something.

After we finished class, we headed to the cafeteria to eat lunch.

When we were just about to sit down on a table,Sam came out of nowhere and sat down besides me. Since he was our friend I let him sit down. But Jake was NOT ok with it.

As years went by, Me and Jake were finally a second years. Sam was a third year.

Since the time Sam sat with us in the cafeteria me,Jake and Sam became best friends.

In my second year, I could remember girls lining up to see the three of us.

I didn't know why but when Valentine's came, I received my FIRST love letter.

Her name was Daisy. She confessed to me the day I received her letter. Obviously as a guy who NEVER dated anyone, I said yes.

Me and Daisy Dated for a few month until she cheated on me. Typical first girlfriend. Although i say this now, those days i took it so serious i didn't even eat for a week.

My best friends comforted me saying that i would meet someone better.

All thanks to them, I moved on.

After our tests, our school had a prom dance.It was gonna be held in two months after the tests were over.Those days girls asked boys, boys asked girls to the dance.

well except me and my friends, everyone had a date.

But the funny thing is someone knew I didn't have a date and kept sending me letters saying,

"Dear Shane,

I know you must be surprised,

receiving a letter at sunrise.

Do not worry

You won't be sorry

for I am asking you

to Prom with me.

Meet me where ,the balls are passed

at 3 O clock when the class is finished."

At first i thought of not going to meet this 'secret admirer',

But my heart said to go and see who it was.

So without telling my best friends,

I went to check who is sending these letters.

I remembered this person said to meet them 'where the balls are passed',

What they meant was the soccer field.

I went there at about 3 pm and waited to see who would arrive.

"Maybe it was a cute girl? or even a senior girl in my music club? "Thoughts came flooding in my mind.Until,

I heard a familiar voice behind me.

"Hey Shane you came!!"

I knew that voice from anywhere.

It was..... SAM???

I turned around looking.... confused.

"S...Sam??Was this some kind of prank?" i asked him.

"No Shane. it's not a prank." he replied with a serious tone.

"huh?? But how?? "I asked him still confused.

"Look Shane.... I really like you! I know you aren't gay, but i'm not gay either.But i really liked you since the day I met you." he replied in a loving tone.

Suddenly it hit me. It WAS his handwriting in every letters. And i was dumb enough to not see it.

I wanted to say no, but deep down in my heart I felt happy he liked me. Wait does that mean ... i'm gay?? I thought to myself.

"umm Shane you ok?.... I'm sorry I suddenly confessed to you like that " he said in a sad tone.

I hesitated for a moment. Finally,

"O..ok" i replied.

Suddenly he looked at me. "Ok to what??" he asked.

"I..I will go to the prom dance with you!" i replied quickly as possible.

" oh my god really Shane???? You have no idea how happy I am right now!!! whoohoooo" He shouted.

"Hey be quiet!! Someone might hear you" I whispered.

Who cares i'm going to Prom with Shane!!!!! yepeee" he shouted once more.

We matched our outfits and went to prom together!!

It was One of the most beautiful Memories I had with Sam.
