"Umemiya sits at the tippy top of Bofurin. Right underneath him are the Four Kings. They essentially function like captains. Each King is in charge of repping one class in each of the three grades"

*He looks kinda bored*

"Nah, not quite. Bofurin's structure is based on the Four Heavenly Kings. So, instead of teams One, Two, Three, and Four, there's Tamon Team, Jikoku Team, Zojo Team, and Komoku Team. We're part of Tamon Team."
Toma Hiragi
"Split up into groups of four or five. To show you noobs the ropes, you'll be assigned a second or third year. They've been around the block. Watch 'em. You'll learn what to look our for. All right boys lets-"

*Clears her throat*

*Rolls his eyes*
"Boys AND girl, let's move out"

*Stops walking and looks over his shoulder*
"We're gonna patrol the town."

*He's referring to Sugishta*

"I already told you. Umemiya said to keep an eye on you delinquents. I mean, you did get into a fight on day one"

*The tension between them in palpable*

*Speaks up from the back of the group*

*About to object when he realizes that's true. She didn't start a fight and all she's done was be in the brawl yesterday and be kinda scary*

"Anyway, I don't care what happens. But, you two need to keep your hands to yourselves, and you need to stay calm"
*He pushes Sakura and Sugishta apart*

"I'm confused. This is more stroll than patrol. If you really wanna protect the town, we should find the punks who cause trouble and pummel them before they have the chance."

"You idiot. That'd look more like a raid than anything defensive. There's meaning in us walking around like this. For a lot of the smaller gangs around here, just the sight of our uniforms in enough to scare 'em straight. When we fight, we fight to protect. So we don't need to make the first move."

*Stands up. She had discarded her jacket, same as the others, so her torso is mostly blank. Except for her sports bra and the bits of paint she has on her.*

*Offers them those fish cookies (No idea what they're called)*

*Puts her jacket on as she walks, but a woman taps her shoulder. Looks over at her*
"Yes?"
*Everyone stops to wait for her. They eat their cookies.*

*She looks to be in her late twenties, mid-thirties. Just a civilian*
"I'm sorry to bother you, but could you come with me?"
*Everyone moves to follow as Ichika nods*

"No. Not you boys. Just her"

"Yes, of course ma'am."

"Yeah, ok."
*She follows the woman*
"I'll call you when I'm done Hiragi!"

*She follows the woman back to her shop. A... clothing shop*
"Oh... um... so what do you need my help with?"

*Smiles*

"I'm a seamstress and I sell all these clothes here. I make most of them with my daughters."
*She grabs the hem of Ichika's jacket. There's numerous rips and her jacket had been significantly lighter colored than the boy's jackets. It's obviously old.*
"Do you mind if I repair this? And tailor it? It's obviously meant for a man and between you and me…"
*She whispers, smiling*
"I think you haven't closed it because it doesn't fit over your chest"

*Turns bright red, but nods*

*Takes the jacket from her*
"And you can take a shirt from the racks"

*Nods and looks around*
"Not to be rude, but how long will this take?"

"Oh, it shouldn't be more than half an hour"
*She's already sewing up the rips in the jacket*

*She picks up a shirt and holds it to her torso*

*She decides that she likes it and puts it on over her sports bra*

*Looks up*
"Oh, that one looks perfect. I'm glad it fits you"

*Soon, the jacket is fixed and tailored. She isd even used some special fabric dye that made it darker but tried quickly. Ichika puts it on over her new shirt and smiles*

*Looks at her sneakers*
"You... you don't think it's strange to see a girl at Furin? You don't think the uniform is fake?"

*Turns bright red (because he's a socially inept boy. He does not have feelings yet)*

*Shrugs. Everyone is just standing there. She's wearing the shirt and the jacket, but her hair is now in a braid. Like this 👇
Another woman had pulled her aside. She was in a hair salon. Same story

"She just wanted to fix my jacket. It was ripped in places..."

*Looks at all of them. She's waiting to see if anyone will say anything about the shirt or hair*

"No. That happened when I walked past a salon... I got pulled in, and this old lady did it. She complained about never getting to help Furin because barely any of the boys have long hair. So... she did mine..."

*Shrugs and everyone starts walking again*

*Very confused. She's not sure if she wanted them to say it looks nice or not.*

*He watches as Nirei peeks his head our from behind him and repeatedly looks both ways*

"What the hell is Shishitoren?"

"This is where Bofurin territory ends and theirs begins. The last thing you wanna do is cause an issue on the other side of the tracks. It's just like how different countries have different laws. Our rules mean jack on their side. The goons running things over there, are the devotees of power. Shishitoren"

*He looks at the dog*
"Aah. Devotees of Power sounds tough."
*He smiles*
"Not bad. It's got a nice ring to it"

*Scoffs*
"No. They're strong, but they're pathetic. They prey on the weak. If you lose even one fight, you're out."
*She looks at Sakura. He's never seen her look so serious. Her hands are in her pockets, her eyes hold absolute command over his attention, and her mouth is a flat line. Even the smile lines are gone.*
"They're nothing like us, Sakura. Don't get caught up in what you think is cool about them"

*He's surprised by that. But before anyone can respond there's a loud scream*

*A boy in a middle school uniform is running towards them. His face is bruised, and he looks scared*

"A San Middle School uniform? What are you doing over there?! Get back and hurry!"
Three guys are chasing the bot

"I'd know that look anywhere! Those orange souvenir jackets. Shishitoren!"

The boy trips and the train rushes over them
Sakura and Sugishta had both kicked one of the Shishitoren guys in the face
