🎬 Scene 1: Zara's Plea for a Camera

Zara, feeling frustrated and determined, approaches Anayo and Ifeoma at home, pleading with them to buy him a camera for his YouTube videos.

Zara (begging): “Daddy, Mummy, please! I need a camera to make my videos better!” 🙏🎥

Ifeoma shakes her head, looking concerned:

Ifeoma: “Biko, biko, we don’t have money for a camera right now, Zara.” 💸

Anayo looks at his wife, then turns to Zara with a sigh:

Anayo: “My son, your mother is right. We can't afford it.” 😞

But Zara doesn’t give up. He continues to beg, his eyes full of hope.

Zara: “Please, Daddy! Please, Mummy! Just a small one! I promise I’ll make the best videos!” 🙏

After a moment of silence, Ifeoma finally relents.

Ifeoma (reluctantly): “Okay, okay! We will buy the camera.” 🛒

🎬 Scene 2: The Camera Purchase

The next day, Ifeoma goes to the market and buys a small camera for 2,700 Naira. It’s not the best camera, but it’s all they can afford right now.

Zara eagerly receives the camera, and he’s thrilled.

Zara (smiling): “Thank you, Mummy!” 😊

He quickly puts the camera in his bag and heads to school.

At school, Zara enters his class. He sees his class teacher, Mr. Moses, who is also his math teacher. Mr. Moses notices Zara hasn’t completed his homework.

Mr. Moses: “Zara! You didn’t do your homework again? Go and stand at the back of the class!” 😡

Zara sighs, frustrated but determined. He heads to the back of the class, his mind already thinking about his YouTube videos.

Meanwhile, Basil, Zara’s friend, whispers from the front.

Basil: “Zara, I have an idea for a video. What if we don’t show our faces but just record us sweeping the ground and talking? It’ll be funny!” 🧹🎥

Zara (whispering back): “That’s perfect, Basil! Let’s do it after school.” 😏

🎬 Scene 4: The Sneaky Recording

After school, Zara takes the opportunity to sneak the small camera out of his bag. It’s small enough that it doesn’t attract attention. He sets it to record.

Zara (quietly to himself): “Let’s see how this works…” 🎥

Zara and Basil quickly grab brooms and start sweeping the ground in the classroom, trying to make the video look as funny as possible. Zara’s hands shake with excitement as the camera captures their sweeping antics.

Basil (laughing): “This is so good! I hope people like it!” 😂

After recording, Zara quickly hides the camera back in his bag, careful not to let anyone notice.

🎬 Scene 5: Home and Uploading the Video

After school, Zara waits for Anayo in a keke to take him home. The journey is long, but Zara can’t wait to edit his new video. He thinks about the views it might get.

When Zara arrives home, he quickly drops his camera and laptop onto his desk. He connects everything and starts editing.

Zara (typing): “Playing Flappy Bird” was fun, but this one is going to be better!”

After editing, Zara adds a title: “Sweeping the Classroom: No Faces, Just Fun!”. He uploads the video to YouTube and fills out the description:

“Watch as we sweep the ground and talk nonsense. It’s just a fun, random video! Hope you enjoy it! Don’t forget to like and subscribe! 🎥”

🎬 Scene 6: Publishing the Video

Zara checks his details again and presses “Publish”. The video goes live. Zara crosses his fingers, hoping that this time he’ll get more views than before.

Zara (hopeful): “Let’s see if this works!” 🤞
