Future Time Travel Episode 2

Episode 2

Sheena lose consciousness and she collapsed. When she woke up, she found herself in a foreign location.

Sheena

Uh! Where am I? Well... it seems like it is a stream? (*a bit spooked and mystified)

The time machine was in the interior of the river in which she was sitting. Sheena leaped out from The Time Machine to the river and noted that the water barely reached her knees.

Sheena

This disastrous thingie. It's not even operating anymore. And I can't reasonably see anything in this twilight. (*a bit tensed)

When she came out of the river, she found that someone was rushing towards her.

Liam

Hey, who are you? Your dress is so odd. (*poker face)

Sheena

I am Sheena. Nice to meet you. (*with a smile; nervous)

Liam

Ugh, anyway, may I have the honor to know what you are doing in this place at night? (*straight face)

Sheena

Well~, it's a long story I guess. But before that could you please tell me the year?

Sheena

Thinking: 'cause I don't know in which year I am in, currently.

Liam

What a weirdo! Asking for the year! Where do you come from huh? It's 3029.

Sheena

WHAAATTT.....!!!

Liam

Hey girl, don't whine.

Liam

It's too gloomy here. Come to my cottage first.

Sheena

Okay, I guess... (*side look)

Sheena

Thinking: Never thought that ridiculous time machine could actually work.

Sheena followed Liam to his cottage. When they arrived, Liam started interrogating questions to Sheena.

Liam

There, we reached. Now, tell me about yourself. Accurate data. (*poker face)

Liam

Where do you come from?

Sheena

Even if I tell you, it's most likely, you won't believe me.

Liam

Whatever. Are you sick or something?

Sheena

No, the truth is: I came by time travelling. I am not from this era. I just happened to get in a wrong place by time machine. (*trying hard to explain)

Liam

I think that you hurt your head. That's why you are speaking non-sence. (*turning his look away)

Sheena

Well, just leave it. Anyway I knew that you won't believe me. (*sigh)

Sheena

Btw, you haven't introduced yourself yet. (*just remembered about it)

Liam

Oh, is that so? I am Liam. An engineer.

Liam

(*serious) Since our country is having a battlefront with another country, so this location is evolving to be additionally dangerous.

Sheena

Huh? Battlefront?
