The silence in the room thickened. Namjoon’s jaw clenched, his eyes locked onto Yoongi’s like a storm waiting to break. The others stood still, watching, as the conflict began to shift.
Taehyung could feel it — the electricity in the air. The brothers had always danced around their desires for him, but this was different. There were cracks in the carefully constructed facade of loyalty, and they were showing. He was the center of it all, but he wasn’t sure whether he was holding them together… or driving them apart.
Namjoon’s fingers tightened around Taehyung’s wrist, his grip possessive. “You think he belongs to you, Yoongi? That he’ll be content with this?”
Yoongi smirked, an icy edge in his voice. “I don’t need him to belong to me, Namjoon. I just need to be the one who shows him what real power is. You can’t protect him from that forever.”
The words were a blow, a jab to Namjoon’s pride. The room seemed to hold its breath as Hoseok and Jimin exchanged glances. Jungkook stood at the doorway, fists clenched, his eyes burning with an emotion he wasn’t ready to admit.
Taehyung could feel the weight of it all — the power plays, the love, the betrayal. It was suffocating.
“You don’t get to claim him like that,” Hoseok’s voice cut through the tension. He wasn’t just angry; there was something else there — something darker. “Taehyung is our choice. Not yours.”
Jimin stepped forward, his eyes flicking to Taehyung’s face, trying to gauge his reaction. “We all know what’s happening here,” he said, his voice dripping with honey. “But Namjoon’s arrogance is blinding him.”
Taehyung’s chest tightened. They were all right, and they were all wrong. He was their weakness and their strength. And right now, he wasn’t sure who he wanted to dominate him — who he wanted to break him.
Namjoon’s grip on Taehyung’s wrist tightened, pulling him closer until their faces were inches apart. “I won’t let any of you take him from me. Do you understand?”
But Yoongi didn’t back down. “You’re already losing him. The more you try to control him, the more you push him away. He’s not a prize to be kept locked up.”
Taehyung’s heart raced, his breath shallow. This wasn’t just about lust anymore — this was about ownership, about control, about breaking each other in ways they couldn’t undo.
He didn’t want to be the one torn between them. He didn’t want to be the one making impossible choices. But the temptation was too great. He slid out of Namjoon’s grip and walked toward Yoongi, letting his fingers brush over Yoongi’s chest. It was a silent invitation.
Yoongi’s eyes darkened, and he took a step forward, closing the distance. “You’re not getting away from this, Taehyung. Not anymore.”
The moment stretched, the heat between them palpable. But before anything could happen, Jungkook’s voice sliced through the air like a dagger.
“Enough.”
His voice wasn’t loud, but it carried weight. Jungkook stepped forward, fury in his eyes, his fists clenched at his sides.
“I’ve stood by, watching all of you destroy each other over him,” Jungkook growled, his tone venomous. “But this ends now. If you’re going to tear each other apart, I won’t be a part of it.”
Taehyung blinked, surprised. Jungkook — always the youngest, always the one who stayed in the shadows. But there was something different in his eyes today. His emotions were raw, more exposed than Taehyung had ever seen.
Jungkook’s words were a challenge, a declaration: “I won’t lose you to any of them.”
For a moment, it seemed as though time itself held its breath.
And then, the storm broke.
Namjoon stepped forward, anger flaring in his eyes. “You think you can just declare this over? After everything we’ve built? Taehyung is mine, and I’ll be damned if I let you or anyone else ruin this.”
Taehyung’s heart pounded. He didn’t want to choose. Not now, not ever. But his brothers were pushing him into a corner. The need for control, for power, was consuming them all — and it was suffocating him.
