Cool breezes gently embrace his handsome face as his black mane fly in the rhythm of wind. The moon accompanied by his neighbor stars fulfills the dark clouds. Jimin by his side talking about the party and how vivid it was, but his words were just background noise for jungkook, lost on himself, the cool breezes did nothing to calm the storm within him.
His right hand turn into a ball and his elbow resting on the window sill, his face resting on his hand, frown pasted on his features, lips turned into a small pout.
It felt so childish... how he can't get that beautiful stranger out of his mind. His mind keep on replying the scene- how the stranger- Kim taehyung, looked breath-taking with his small smile, a subtle curve of his lips, had somehow managed to pierce through jungkook's defense.
But... his eyes!?
Those blue crystal clear eyes which were fathom deep yet they carry warmth and life of the sunlit surface. They had a thousand hues of blue and small touch of hazel radiating in softly swooping arcs... but...
there is something else in those eyes... but what!? his mind lingered on the enigma of Taehyung's eyes, searching for the elusive something that lay hidden beneath the surface. He felt it, a spark of mystery that refused to be extinguished, like a flicker of candlelight in the darkness. But every time he thought he grasped it, it slipped away, leaving him with more questions.
A hint of melancholy, perhaps, or a shadow of secrets kept hidden. Jungkook couldn't quite put his finger on it, but the more he thought about Taehyung's eyes, the more he felt like he was staring into an ocean of untold stories.
He then let out a soft groan, his right hand rubbing his eyes from tiredness... Finding it childish again. Not only is he lost in thinking about a stranger, he even finds himself dreaming about someone he's barely met.
"Ya! Are you even listening!?" Jimin's voice finally pierced the haze, his words snapping jungkook back to reality.
"I'm... argh.. Yeah, the party was indeed great." jungkook replied nonchalantly, staring at the window how everything goes backwards. jimin blinks taking the replied, not buying it.
"I know, you don't like parties, but I didn't expect they would have worn you out like this. " But in return, he only got an uninterested hmm by jungkook.
"What happened?" Jimin asked, his voice laced with concern, as he gave Jungkook's shoulder a gentle squeeze. Jungkook's face was a mask of indifference, his eyes dull and unfocused. His features were smooth, almost serene, but his eyes betrayed a hint of turmoil.
Jungkook's expression was neutral, but the faint crease between his eyebrows suggested a depth of emotion he wasn't letting show.
As Jimin's words faded away, Jungkook's thoughts drifted back to Taehyung's eyes... Jungkook's gaze snapped back to Jimin, his expression softening slightly as he registered his friend's concern.
"I'm just tired, hyung," Jungkook said, his voice flat, as he turned back to stare out the window. Jimin's eyes narrowed slightly. "Can ya please stop your caretaker behavior? It's embarrassing!" Jungkook muttered, his gaze still fixed on some point outside.
"Well- I'm indeed your caretaker. it's my job to take of you. but apart from that- I asked you as a friend. I take you as a friend- not only just a child. "
Hearing the remark jungkook's heart soften until he heared the word- child.
he snaps his head to jimin and opened his mouth to blabber but got cut off when jimin stared to talk again.
"Plus, I'm the only one who can put up with your nasty whiny bum."
" Nasty whiny bum!? As if you didn't literally eye-fuvked yoongi hyung. " Jimin's face redden, his eyes widened and mouth formed a 'o' shape feeling so revelled. as he hit jungkook's shoulder slightly.
"Lord- talking to you is like pulling a teeth."
again- in return he was met with silence.
how can a person be this disturb by a stranger he barely met!?
funny, isn't it!?
