(thinking)"No personal maid? No ironed outfit? This is already a disaster. 😩"

🚪 [She scrambles to get ready, nearly tripping over her own books.]

"How do people iron shirts without burning themselves?! 😫"

☕ [Rushes out the door, grabs a coffee from the vending machine… and spills it down her sweater.]

"Great. Just great. First day and I already look like a mess. 🤦‍♀️"

🥘 [At the cafeteria, she stares at the food tray in horror.]

"This is not gourmet."

🚌 [The next morning, Mishka attempts to take the bus for the first time.]

"Wait… how do I pay? Where do I sit? Do I just… stand here?! 😵"

👵 [An elderly woman sighs and hands her exact change.]

[Mishka ignores the stares, keeping her head down.] [Enters the cafeteria, hearing muffled laughter.]

"Okay… something’s off. Why is everyone snickering? 🤔"

🪑 [Sits down, and suddenly— a sticky sensation spreads across her skin.]**

🍯 [Her chair was coated in sticky syrup. It seeps into her jeans.]

(whispering, laughing) "She actually sat! What an idiot! 🤣"

(thinking) "I refuse to react. I will not give them the satisfaction. 😡"

😤 [She stands up, face calm, grabs her tray, and walks out. Head held high.]

👀 [The laughter dies down as students realize… she’s unbothered.]

(Mishka) RIYA

"You can try to break me. But I won’t let you win. Not now. Not ever. 😤"
