It has been raining heavily since Arun was back from meeting guide and other power holders. He was staring at notes he pasted on wall of his room. Those notes were showing his hard work every sleepless night he spent preparing those.

Vikara's shadow ball hit Arun hard that he flew away and landed on tree behind him
Arun was sitting near breathing heavily as Vikara's shadow ball hit him hard than he ever expected

Vikara approaches heavily breathing Arun and keeps his hand on Arun's heart

The moment Vikara says that Arun feels his body growing heavier, his strength fading away. He feels cold, deep sensation like a dying flame
