**Breaking News: Shocking Murder of Famous Pharmaceutical CEO**
This morning, the body of a famous pharmaceutical CEO was discovered, the victim of a brutal murder orchestrated by the notorious Mafia King V.
V was watching the news while smoking a cigarette, his eyes devoid of any emotion. And smirks while looking at the news.
V assistant
Taking a deep breath, he knocked on the door. His hand trembled, and his heart pounded in his chest. The silence was suffocating as he waited for permission, each second feeling like an eternity. Fear gripped him as he envisioned the consequences of delivering bad news to V. The thought of facing V's wrath made his knees weak.

V assistant
"Boss, I have bad news," he said, his voice trembling with fear. "We couldn't save them. They changed the base where they were kept. We lost track of them. I'm so sorry, boss. I know how much this mission meant for you. We tried everything, but they were always one step ahead. I... I don't know how to make this right." His eyes darted nervously, anticipating V's reaction.

V looked at him with cold, piercing eyes. "How did they know we were tracking them and change their base? It's quite suspicious, right?" His voice was low and menacing.
He walked towards him, the weight of his presence growing with each step. Pointing a gun at his head.

He demanded, "Where is the base? Tell me."
The assistant's breath hitched, fear gripping his heart as he faced the relentless gaze of V. The room seemed to shrink, the tension almost suffocating, as he struggled to find his words.

"Do you think I'm some kind of fool? Hahaha!" V laughed maniacally, his eyes gleaming with a twisted delight. "You'll tell them all my secrets and think I don't know anything? I know everything!" His voice grew darker, the menace seeping into every word.
V assistant
"Sorry, sorry, boss! I'll tell you everything. Please don't kill me!" he pleaded, his voice cracking with terror. "The address of the base is... please, boss, I've told you everything I know. Please, don't kill me." Tears streamed down his face as he choked on his words, his entire body trembling with fear.

"How do you think I will spare you after you joined hands with my enemy?" V sneered, his eyes glinting with cold fury. The room was filled with a palpable tension as he raised the gun, his finger curling around the trigger. "You betrayed me," he continued, his voice dripping with disdain. "And for that, you will pay."
With a swift motion, V pulled the trigger, the sound of the gunshot echoing through the room. The assistant's body crumpled to the ground, lifeless.

V turned to his guards, his expression unyielding. "Guards, throw him in the rats' den," he commanded coldly.
The guards grabbed the lifeless body and dragged it away, the echoes of the gunshot still ringing in their ears.
V grabbed the car keys with a determined look in his eyes and headed for the door, making his way to the car. Once behind the steering wheel, he gripped it tightly, his knuckles turning white. The engine roared to life as he sped towards the base alone.
He arrived at the address and entered, his heart pounding with anticipation. As he stepped inside, he was met with a harrowing sight—many children, huddled together, scared and helpless. The scene triggered a flashback of his own childhood, a dark memory he had tried to bury. He remembered being kidnapped and sold to a big businessman, the fear and despair that had consumed him.
His eyes filled with sorrow, the weight of his past crashing down on him. The pain and trauma he had endured resurfaced, mingling with a burning desire to save these children from the same fate.

He called his guards to come to the address, his voice shaking with urgency. "Get here now," he commanded. As he waited for their arrival, he knelt down and began to untie the children, his hands trembling with anger.
The guards arrived and swiftly took the children to safety. As V watched them leave, a lingering doubt gnawed at him. How had he managed to save the children so easily? There was nobody guarding them. It felt too convenient, too effortless.
His mind raced, replaying the events. The unsettling quietness of the place, the absence of any resistance—it all seemed off. He clenched his fists, a mixture of suspicion and unease settling in his gut. Had he walked into a trap? Was there more to this than he initially thought?
Then V hears an audio recording from a phone that was left there.

" tick tock, tick tock... Countdown your time, V. You're trapped in our trap." With that, the bomb exploded. Boom.
The explosion's force was overwhelming, and V's body was thrown across the room. The flames and debris consumed everything in their path. As the dust settled, the once-determined V lay motionless, his journey ending in a tragic twist of fate.
