Vijay took a bite of the Pongal and smiled.

Vijay: "The Pongal is delicious."

After finishing his meal, he got up to leave for work. Before stepping out, he kissed the babies and turned toward Maha. Without saying a word, he walked toward the door.

Maha felt a pang of sadness as she watched him leave. But just as he reached the door, she noticed him standing there, waiting.

Without hesitation, Maha ran to him, wrapped her arms around him in a tight hug, and placed a soft kiss on his cheek.

Maha (smiling): "Bye!"

Vijay stood there, momentarily stunned, before a wide smile spread across his face. Happiness filled his heart as he walked out, feeling lighter than ever.

Maha called her detective friend, Siva.

Maha: "Siva, I need your help."

Siva (teasing): "Oh, so you only call me when you need something? What about your husband? Isn’t he a CBI officer?"

Maha sighed, knowing that Siva always tried to push her closer to her husband.

Maha: "Please, just do this for me."

Siva: "Alright, tell me what you need."

Maha: "I recently found out that my father, his new family—my so-called stepmother and stepsister—and even my so-called best friend are involved in human trafficking. I need solid proof to put them behind bars."

Siva was shocked by the revelation but quickly composed himself.

Siva: "I’ll do my best."

He ended the call, still processing what he had just heard.

Maha clenched her fists, her eyes burning with determination.

Maha (to herself): "I’ll make their lives a living hell. They won’t get away with this."

A week later, Maha received a call from Siva.

Siva: "Maha, I got the proof."

Maha smiled in relief. "Thank you, Siva," she said and ended the call.

Without wasting time, she went straight to the police station to meet Vijay. She placed the evidence in front of him.

Vijay was stunned as he went through the documents and videos.

Vijay: "How did you get this?"

A hint of worry flashed in his eyes, fearing that Maha had put herself in danger.

Maha: "My friend Siva helped me."

Vijay’s expression darkened slightly.

Vijay (grumbling): "You could have asked me instead."

Maha noticed the slight jealousy in his tone and tried to suppress her laughter.

After discussing the case for a while, Vijay immediately issued an arrest warrant and left to catch the culprits.

As Maha stood outside the police station, a victorious smile played on her lips. She had fought hard to bring the truth to light, and now, those who had betrayed her would finally pay.

A few hours later, Vijay returned, his face serious yet satisfied.

Vijay: "It's done. They’ve been arrested. The case is strong—there’s no way they can escape this."

Maha exhaled, her heart finally feeling lighter.

Maha: "Thank you, Vijay. I couldn’t have done this without you."

Vijay smirked.

Vijay: "Next time, just tell your husband first before running around collecting proof, okay?"

Maha chuckled, seeing the slight jealousy in his eyes.

Maha: "Noted, officer."
