(She looks a bit snarky while saying this, flaunting a confident smirk)

I hesitate before murmuring

"Aha! Just as I expected, no one can resist this face"

(she seemed incredibly self-confident in her looks..)

(almost narcissistic… But not quite…)

I say slightly embarrassed

(she says looking at me with a thoughtful expression and a hand on her chin)

I nod and scramble to get my phone from my purse

I pick the card up reading the name on the card in my head "Sueng Choi"..

"Thank you…"

(She gets up and heads back to the table full of tacky dressed men whom look like loan sharks or pimps..)

I think to myself, "Just who on earth did I get involved with?…."
