Chapter 2
Jungkook is judging all his life decisions as he is now on the train with a very excited Jimin and his clearly unbothered cousin-or-Jimin's boyfriend (his worst mistake is playing cupid for them)
He thinks what he could have done to turn down the 8-year old Jimin who stood at the doorstep of his home back in Busan, asking him 'come play with me' with two chocochip cookies in his hand. A sweet treat which the 6 year him cannot say no to.
18 years passed. But Jimin still thinks he needs to babysit Jungkook.
He thinks how he could have spoiled the-vanilla and dark chocolate-cake Jimin oh-so-carefully baked to gift his Hyung on a Valentine's Day with a love confession of icing on top of it in a beautiful handwriting-and the tiny hearts all around it.
17-year-old Jungkook loved the idea of his two favorite people being together a little too much to think about the consequences he will have to face in the nearing future.
Not like they wouldn't be together if Jungkook had done anything of that sorts. Yoongi would have proposed anyway. They were two fools in love who pined after each other for four years. They still are two fools in love.

The crowd starts gathering in front of the bride when Minji takes her position to throw the bouquet. It is an elegant bridal bouquet made of white roses and hints of baby's breath here and there.
Beside Jimin, Jungkook takes his position to catch it. He's not going to back away from a challenge. He always wins.And wins.
When the bouquet flies in the air, Jungkook follows its trajectory with his steps before taking measured steps towards it.
But there is a problem....
There are four hands holding the bouquet.The long veiny fingers are holding the bouquet gently in their grip. While Jungkook's slightly tiny palms are covering the stranger's elegant hands.
Not giving up so easily, he lifts his head to argue with the owner of beautiful hands only to get his breath knocked away from his lungs and his heart starts to beat in a hysterical speed. A rosy blush starts spreading on Jungkook's cheeks to his ears flushing his face and neck in a red hue.
And he is all the ethereal and other-worldly things of the universe.
This man is insanely beautiful and handsome.
And he is staring right into Jungkook's soul with his feline eyes.
Jungkook's eyes go wide at the realization.
