First day at work

Erica's POV

I kept the alarm clock to ring at 5.00 am as if not I am definitely going to be late. I went into washroom and quickly got freshen up and wear the office wear. I went out of my house at 5.45 as I have to catch the bus earlier. Thanks to god I arrived at 6.50 am. I am so revealed now as I came 10 minutes before the time I have to be present. I went to the reception. " Good morning I am the new secretary appoint can meet the assistant of the president " I asked politely.

They were not actually polite I can see by looking at them but one told calmly " Go to the 24 floor Assistant is in 2nd room right side " I thanked them and went to the elevator and went to assistant's room. I knocked at the door he asked me to come in. He told me that he will take me to the president. I wanted to ask am I not going to sign a employee contract but couldn't.

His office is in the 25th floor. Assistant knocked at his door and told that I am here and president asked me to come in. I was actually kind of afraid and nervous now as I dumped at him on the first day I met him.

I went in but I kept my head lowered as I did something wrong. " Sit here " He told me in a cold voice. I went and sit but didn't look at him. He gave me some papers. " This is the employment contract after reading sign it if u agree with the conditions " He again told in his cold tone. I actually as I was nervous I didn't read it properly but signed it and gave.

Before he speaks again I said " I am sorry for dumping at u that day ". He smirked but didn't say anything so I looked at him he was staring at me. When our eyes met he blushed but i don't know why. He got up from his seat and came to me. " Ur room is next to my cabin u will receive a copy of the employment contract before leaving today " He speaked while bending towards me I was sweating because he was too close. " I think u know how to response when someone ask something " He again ask while going his seat. " Yes sir " I replied quickly before he gets angry. " Good that u could get what I mean that quickly so now ur first task as my secretary is to make me a coffee " He told me in a cold tone.

" Ok sir " I answered him. I wanted to asked if he want a milk coffee or black coffee but I am feared to ask. " Why are u still here " he asked me when I was hesitant to ask him. " Can I know if u want black coffee or milk coffee " I asked when I got the opportunity. " That u have to guess " he said with a smirk. I was confused of what he said. How can I know his taste. I went out of his room as he is not willing to say.
