Nizel's POV
His words only made me more determined. My brother's mess had caused this, and while I hated him for it, I wasn't going to show fear.
I watched as he moved closer, his presence suffocating. Every step he took was calculated, controlled. And despite myself, my pulse quickened. Something about the tension in the room made it hard to breathe.
He leaned in, his breath brushing my ear. "We'll see about that."
For a moment, I thought he would say something else, but instead, he grabbed my chin roughly, lifting my face to meet his eyes. The raw intensity in his gaze made something inside me stir. The touch was hard, possessive, and yet there was something dangerously enticing about it.
I wanted to push him away, tell him to stop, but I couldn't. His proximity, his presence, was too overwhelming. My heart was racing, not from fear but from something else, something I didn't want to acknowledge.
"he won't come to rescue me , u are just wasting ur time".
he touched my jawline and spoke "time will speak ".
I was pissed off by his touch .
"Stop pretending" he said in a low growl. "I know you feel it. You can lie to yourself, but you can't lie to me."
......................
Kaiwen's POV:
She wasn't the trembling mess I expected.
She wasn't begging for her life. Instead, she stood there, defiant and cold, but her lips-fuck, her lips were so close. And that anger I had, that rage... it was turning into Something darker. Something I couldn't control.
I stepped closer, my body almost pressed against hers, and she didn't pull away. That made something inside me snap. Before I could stop myself, I kissed her. It wasn't soft or gentle. It was demanding, bruising. My hands roamed her body, pulling her closer as if the space between us was too much to bear , closing the distance. I pulled away my lips , "You think you're untouchable?" I said, my voice rough. "I'll show you what happens when you don't know your place."
I reached out, grabbing her wrist with force, pulling her toward me.
Her eyes flashed with anger, but she didn't fight me. She just stared, unblinking.
I pressed her against the cold wall, my hand brushing her cheek. There was something intoxicating about the defiance in her. But I wasn't going to let her keep it.
Before she could say another word, I slammed my lips against hers. It wasn't gentle. It wasn't sweet. It was rough and demanding. My lips bruised hers as I forced myself into her space, using the kiss to assert control. She didn't respond. She didn't even flinch. But it only fueled me more. I wanted her to feel the weight of my anger, my power. I pulled away briefly, looking into her eyes. She was still standing there, as if she was unaffected by everything I had just done. I cursed under my breath, frustrated.
