Moon God Fifth chapter

Calista and Jessa finally came to Havis City. Jessa lives in a medium size apartment with two rooms. The other room is supposed to be for her husband, however she doesn't have one since no one wants her for not being able to bear a child.

In the morning

*Woke up and realized the room is not hers

*Runs downstairs and saw Auntie Jessa in the kitchen

"Oh, you're awake?"

*Breathing deeply "Will dad be joining us here today?"

*Swallows "No... not yet, that's too fast."

*Looks down "Then, it is really on my 10th birthday? Since yesterday is my birthday and we set apart right? Then my next birthday, we will be together again?"

*Tried to focus on her cooking

*Put aside the spoon and opened the envelope to see a handwritten letter of her father

"Hello sweetie, I hope you had a great dream. Please don't accuse your Auntie Jessa for taking you away from me. I'm too busy here to take care of you. You're always waiting for me at night that makes me guilty. Also, your Auntie's place has more kids to play with at school. You won't be homeschooled anymore, isn't that what you want? Haha. I love you so much sweetie, always take care and be a fine grown up lady without me. I'm sure you can do that, you can be like that. Always listen to Auntie Jessa and be a good girl like you always did. My sweetie is an obedient, patient, and kind girl, right? Auntie will change your hair color like mine.
