Exactly my point and the reason I don't like Authors going extreme just to further the plot of or show emotions. Many Authors simply kill people in the story who accidentally touch the MC just to show how possessive ML is but leave the villain who assaulted the MC why? Just to further the story.
Here also the author could have just let JK's uncle be beaten badly till JK arrived or start a coma plot but no. He had to die to further the story. No one is more wronged than JK's uncle in this story. Poor guy didn't even have a funeral.
