Hello, I'm quite sad to see that my 2nd chp didn't get the response that it deserves 😮💨

You'll might think I'm behaving ungrateful, but it felt the same as when an author abandons a book for years and you keep on checking to see if there is any update 🫤

Enough talking now, let's begin with the chp
YOU'VE DESTROYED MY LIFE!
"Mr. Jeon screamed at the top of his lungs while trashing the room of Junji, his eldest son."
"On the other hand, Junji remained calm as he gathered all his important documents."
"Junji ignored his father, grabbed his bag, and made his way downstairs."
"But his expression shifted to worry as he ran into Jungkook's room, concerned for his beloved brother.
Jeon Yeong-su
"Kook... Kookie, it's me, Hyung," he said softly, afraid of scaring him.
"He walked toward the wooden closet and slowly opened the door, his eyes landing on his brother, who was sitting with his knees drawn close to his chest."
"Yeong-su moved swiftly and pulled Kook into his arms, hugging him tightly. He heard sniffles as he gently pulled away from the embrace."
"Jungkook wiped his tears, then looked into Yeong-su eyes with his doe-like gaze and said..."
Jungkook
"Y-you w...will leave me too... Hyung?"
"Yeong-su felt his heart sink, unable to utter a single word in response."
"Tears streamed down Yeong-su"s face as he avoided Jungkook's eyes, knowing that the truth would only deepen the pain."
"Their emotional moment was abruptly interrupted by the loud screams of their father, who was breaking everything in his path."
"They both turned to see their father standing in the middle of the living room, staring Yeong-su dead in the eyes."
"Rivers of tears streamed from his eyes, yet his face remained calm, showing no trace of emotion—but his eyes said it all."
"Scared of his father's strange behaviour, Jungkook wrapped his small arms around Yeong-su neck and buried his face there. Yeong-su stood up with Jungkook in his arms, his bag slung over his shoulder."
"Yeong-su stood face to face with his father, staring back at him with the same intensity, even though the distance between them was vast."
"Yeong-su moved to the door and swiftly closed it before walking back and sitting on Jungkook's bed as Jungkook pulled away from the hug."
"His doe eyes followed his hyung's actions in confusion as Yeong-su pulled out his phone and called the first person on his contact list."

"Please pick up, Uncle. Please pick up."
"Yeong-su kept mumbling this while anxiously tapping his right foot."
"(Meanwhile, somewhere else...)"
Uncle Hee-soon M
"I hope that idiot hasn’t done anything to his kids."
"Park Hee-soon muttered this as he drove like a madman."
"Hee-soon held the steering wheel with one hand as he reached for his phone on the dashboard."
Hee-soon muttered this when he noticed the missed calls from Yeong-su."His grip tightened on the steering wheel
"My shoulder was numb, but I didn’t wake Kook. He was already so worked up—he’s just a child, for God’s sake."
"I hate myself for dragging my brother into this mess. I wish I could provide Kook with a safe atmosphere. If only I had stopped Appa from going that day."
"My chain of thoughts was broken when I heard my phone ringing. I looked at the screen and saw a message pop up

> [I'm outside the backdoor. Come with Kook.] 8:53 a.m."

> [I saw your father leave the house. He won’t be back soon.] 8:53 a.m."

>[Take your time. I’m waiting.] 8:54 a.m."
"I smiled, knowing that no matter what, Uncle would always be there for us. I put my phone on vibrate."
"I laid Kook on the bed and started packing a few clothes, toys, and important documents of his that I would need in the future."
After I finished packing, I put my back bag on my shoulder. I turned to see Kook sleeping so peacefully
I slowly took him in my arms and held the duffle bag in the other
I hear the door to the front of the house being approached. I rush to the back door with Kook, not noticing he was awake by now
