The next morning, Martin left for his company, while Noah woke up an hour later burning with fever. He knew that day was the start of his heat, so he had the employees leave the house to avoid any inconvenience. Alone in the house, he took medicine to control his fever and his heat and lay down again, because every time his heat arrives, his hormones go out of control, causing high fevers and intense pain in his body.
Meanwhile, Martin in his office received a call from his sister who told him that Noah had sent people to hurt Ezra and when he tried to defend himself he received a stab wound in the shoulder and was now in the hospital. Martin left all his work to his secretary and went to the hospital.
MARTIN: How are you, Ezra?
EZRA: My arm hurts a lot, Martin. I-I don't understand why Noah insists on hurting me. (he said with tears in his eyes)
RINA: Martin, brother, you can't allow that Omega to hurt Ezra like this, this time the wound wasn't serious. But what if he kills him next time?

Turning around to go to the room, Martin saw Noah so he approached him.
MARTIN: If you're here to hurt Ezra again, I'm not going to allow it. So you better get out of here. (he said and then passed by him)
NOAH: ((It seems I've done one of my things to Ezra again.... Am I so blind to be in love with an idiot who didn't even notice that I'm in hospital clothes?))
Noah didn't think more about it and took care of the documents he needed for his treatment.
Xx: Young Betancourt, you need someone to be with you when you receive the treatment.
NOAH: Is it necessary?
Xx: Yes, you have to have a companion in case something comes up during the treatment.
NOAH: Okay, I'll call someone to accompany me.

Leo while Noah was asleep, went out to get him some food. While in the restaurant he met Martin's sister who was also there buying food for her brother and Ezra.
