Chapter one: the first encounter

It was like a dream for Tenzin Drigyel to be cured from his disease and once  he told his father,

'Father, if  I ever cure from this cancer can I go to one of the schools in Bhutan, schools in California are good but I am a bit distracted here in this city'

Tenzin Drigyel asked his wonderful dad Thukten.

'Sure, you can go to  one of the schools in Bhutan but  I have one suggestion that you will have to study in any schools in  Thimphu district not other than that because you'll have to stay 

with us.'Holding  Drigyel's hands , filled his eyes with tears of sadness before Drigyel went for surgery.

After seven hours, 'your son is out of danger now .You  can meet him when he wakes up.He will be cured and you may leave the hospital after 1 month .'

'Thank you very much doctor, it is my pleasure to hear that' Thukten's eyes were once again filled with tears of happiness.Hour later he went into Drigyel's room. ' My son , are you feeling better,do you want something to eat?'No father I don't want anything'.Son you can study in Bhutan and we will leave California after one month.'

'Thank you father, if it was not for you and   mother I might not have been able to survive or continue my life.'Drigyel cried out loud  of happiness and sadness at the same time.

Thukten called Rigzin, ' Rigzin,  your son is out of danger now and we will be arriving at Bhutan next month.''What!, that means our son is cured from bile duct cancer, thank god whispered Rigzin'

"One month has passed so quickly, and Drigyel is going to leave California tomorrow.I bought two tickets for us last Saturday."

They started their journey to Bhutan and the airplane that they were going to transport was named Druk Air.

After 30 hours,"Drigyel, we have already reached at Paro International Airport and your mother is waiting for us outside"

She saw them exiting from the airplane and sobbed "Drigyel it's my pleasure to see you again , by the way you are looking very handsome"

"Haha, stop teasing me mom,  let's go home and I have missed your dish a lot", They all giggled and"Ohh really, today I am going to cook a lot of dishes for my son's safe arrival"

"Mom, today's dinner was so good and it's time to have some rest , good night mom and dad"

"Ok, you have to rest and it was indeed a  long journey between California and Bhutan and have  a wonderful night"

After one week"Drigyel, today I went to Motithang Higher Secondary School and met with the Principal  of that school, you're going to school starting from tomorrow and you are going to take your major as science and your going to join section c", "Okay father"," don't you know father it would bd great to go to school in Bhutan."
