RUBBY :

Dino, be with Eric and take care of him. If I see you with your girls and not with Eric, you will be dead meat.

Dino is my friend, and I will not abandon him. Stop acting as if you are his mother.

ERIC : (laughs) You both stop, Rubby. I can be on my own.

RUBBY : No, I am not comfortable with it.

(Because Rubby treats him like a baby.) (When Eric first came to college, he was so naïve and defenseless that a few of his fellow students bullied him.) When Rubby and Dino saw that, they both beat those bullies so severely. After that, no one tried to bully Eric, and all three of them gradually become friends.)

RUBBY : (To Dino) You better behave.

Dino : (😜) I know, go do your work.

(THE FUNCTION STARTS.)

(DINO AND ERIC WERE SEATED IN THE MIDDLE ROW AS THE FIRST 2 ROWS WERE FOR STAFF AND GUESTS AND THE REMAINING ROWS WERE FOR STUDENTS FROM STAGE WHO WERE CLEARLY VISIBLE TO RUBBY.)

RUBBY :

Good morning, everyone.

As you know, we are here to celebrate our college's silver jubilee. For the special occasion, we have a special guest. I would request our principal to enlighten the guest.

PRINCIPAL : Thank you, Rubby.

You all seem curious about why I decided to introduce this special guest. I requested specifically to introduce this person. This person has a special spot in both the college and mine.

He was one of my most favorite graduates here. I'm quite proud to welcome him. It is not Santan Elwin. WHO IS KNOWN AS A YOUNG SUCCESSFUL BUSINESSPERSON.

(SANTAN ELWIN AFTER hearing THAT NAME, MANY GIRLS' SOULS LEFT THEIR BODY .

AS BOYS WERE A BIT JEALOUS, BUT THEY WERE HAPPY SINCE HE WAS LIKE AN IDOL, ROLE MODEL TO THEM.)

(BUT AS PER ERIC, WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT SANTAN. He was puzzled by the behavior of others.)

On Eric's face, there was no excitement or happiness ; rather, he was so bored that he was waiting for the program to end.

DINO : Eric, are you not excited ?

Eric : No, should I be ?

Dino : I cannot believe you do not know. SANTAN ELWIN.

ERIC ( ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ) : Who is he ? Is he an actor or a singer ?

DINO : Eric, on which island are you leaving ? Don't you know the famous businessman Santan Elwin and A Elsa, which is one of the best companies in the world and ranked in the top 5 multinational corporations ?

ERIC: I am not into business-related news; therefore, I did not know.

When he turned to face Santan again, their gazes met for a few minutes.

(On Santan's side),

When he entered the hall, everyone applauded and admired him, but his eyes were searching for someone he had not seen in years.

Santan : WHERE IS HE?

(THEN HIS EYES FIXED AT A SPOT WHERE ERIC WAS TALKING WITH DINO)

SANTAN : THERE HE IS (A SMILE CAME ON HIS FACE) MY ERIC.

WHEN HE WAS STARING AT ERIC, ERIC SAW HIM AS WELL, AND THEIR EYES MEETED FOR A FEW SECOND. BOTH FELT LIKE THEY HAD FINALLY GOT THEIR MISSING PIECE OF THEM.

"Eric, AH!" MY HEAD.

Dino : Eric, what happened? (in a worried 😧).

ERIC: I am OK.

Dino: Are you sure?

Eric nods and says yes

(When Santan noticed Eric holding his head, he panicked but remained calm.) (Throughout the event, both were looking at each other and experiencing mixed emotions.)

After that, the event ended successfully, and everyone left. ERIC AND DINO WENT TOWARDS RUBBY, WHO WAS TALKING TO SANTAN

Rubby : I am a big fan of you, and would you mind if I get a photo or an autograph from you, if you do not mind?

SANTAN: No, I do not have a problem.

RUBBY Just a minute, sir.

(Then she ran towards Eric and Dino, who were coming at her, and dragged them with her.)

RUBBY : Sir, my friends, can they join us?

SANTAN Sure, I do not have a problem.

I WAS SO EXCITED THAT I FORGOT TO INTRODUCE MYSELF. MY NAME IS RUBBY, MY FRIENDS ARE DINO AND ERIC, AND WE ALL STUDY BUSINESS MANAGEMENT.

SANTAN: Oh, I see (looking at Eric).
