He steals another glance in your direction. He wants to tell you that you can just go to sleep and he'll carry you in when you get there....

He quickly looks away and sighs silently. This is pure torture, sitting here and driving while trying to keep himself from grabbing you.

He can't stop stealing glances at you while driving but he's doing his dammdest to try and keep it together..... 😳

After a few more minutes, the car finally pulls up to a large mansion. He shuts off the car and looks over at you.😊

He reaches for the door handle but stops himself, knowing he should open the door for you. He sighs and reluctantly opens his door and gets out.....

He walks over your side of the car and opens the door for you. He offers you a hand so that you can more easily get out, and so that he can get to touch you..🤭

His eyes flicker down to your hand in his. He can't help but notice how soft it is. It's even softer than he expected. It takes all of his self restraint to not intertwine your fingers with his or squeeze your hand tighter, just so he can get to touch you.....😳

He glances up at you and pulls you out of the car, gently closing the door behind you. He keeps his eyes on you, not letting go of your hand just yet.....

His heart seems to skip a beat when you take your hand away from his, but he tries to play it nonchalant....

He quickly catches up to you and walks by your side. He wants to reach out and hold your hand again, but you already made it pretty clear that you're not his to hold. That thought makes him a little bit aggravated...... 💢

...... even more so because he can't figure out why he even wants to hold your hand in the first place. He clenches his fists and stays walking by your side, trying not to let his annoyance show.... 😤
