You feel intimidated yet drawn, scared you'll never come out, but willing to take the risk.
It ignites mysticism and allure unlike any know before or after,
My domain, is purely about confusion and fear, revealing and feeding on your darkest fears and desires, uprooting the soul and putting it on glorious display.
Her domain is utterly different.
Hers is not a domain, it's a home to a species, a creature that ignite pure fear and raw wonder.
It wasn't designed to be shown off or hospitable.
It's a pure expression of her power and her symbol.
Utterly breathtaking, yet fiercely dangerous.
The journey alone would kill anyone of a weaker species or race.
After all, it is The Eye of The Storm.
There's a story I've heard the humans say.
That lightning is hotter than the surface of the sun, that if lightning strikes, the result will be worse than fire.
But that's not pure lightning.
Pure lightning, purple lightning, is much more complicated than that.
So rest assured, that if purple lightning strikes you, then you have warranted the anger, the pure disgust, of a being much more powerful than you can comprehend.
And if someone is struck by multiple bolts and flashes of lightning?
Oh darling. That's not lightning.
It's something almost as dangerous.
The multiple headed water dragon rose from the alcove, spraying water everywhere.

Of course she didn't. She had never met Khione by herself before, and besides- her own maiden, Aeolus, the embody of the wind, was a breezy yet obedient thing. Tethys was fierce and loyal, so she couldn't possibly understand the kind of nature Khione had.
