Elena walked down the road with her earphones connected to her phone as she jammed to the music blaring out of it.

"Look what you just made me do look what you just made me do"she sang along not minding her horrific voice.

She was still engrossed in the music when she noticed being followed and she turned back only to see the goons she was owing. She's been doing quite a job avoiding them so far so how the hell did they find her?!

"Uhm,hi guys "she laughed awkwardly.

"Keep your greetings to yourself Elena! You promised to pay us back in 2 months but you disappeared with the wind!"the one who seemed like the leader spoke and Elena moved back.

"Disappear?! Pfft. I was only busy believe me"she tried lying her way out.

"Yeah,tell me another story. My money Elena"he demanded.

"But I don't have any money to give you now. I just lost my job for crying out loud"Elena whinned.

"Do I look like I care? I said my money!"he shouted again. Elena fell silent for a while thinking of what to do.

"Alright,so here's what will happen.....Wait. What the hell is that? Money?!"she exclaimed and the 3 goons turned giving her the opportunity to pick on her heels.

"She fxcking decieved us! After her!"like that,the hot chase began. They ran endlessly till Elena saw that familiar car. Seeing that he came down,she instantly ran to him.

"Please save me Mr cold face!"she begged.

Richard was shocked at first but decided to play along.

"And why should I do that?"he asked folding his arms while raising a brow.

"Am sorry for way I talked to you at the restaurant. Just save me already!! They are going to take me away!"she shouted holding him tighter.

Richard fell silent trying to understand the situation and that was when the goons finally got hold of her again.

"Leave me alone! Cold face!!"she screamed desperately.

They were still dragging her, when Richard took her right hand and started dragging her back.

"How can you be dragging a woman like this? And in front of me!?"he shouted Folding his fist angrily.

Not like he cared of they did anything to her but the fact that they didn't acknowledge him made him angry. He loved being accorded high respect.

He was the type that hated people looking down on him,all he needed was that respect.

He was still talking, when the one with One leg started laughing which made him more angry.

"So you think you can come from nowhere and butt into what doesn't concern you?"He said admist laughter.

"And who told you that it doesn't concern me? Who do you think you are to embarrass my girlfriend like this?"Richard glared at them.

Elena eyes almost popped out.

"You need to control your self before you get caught"she scolded her self inwardly.

"Mr Man,please tell your girlfriend to pay back our money else we are taking her away"the leader spoke seriously.

Richard remained quiet for sometime before he spoke up.

"And how much is she owing?"

"2000 dollars"one of them said which made Richard scoff as he dipped his hand in his pocket bringing out 2 bundles of dollars.

"Here you go. I bet that's enough for you to disappear from my sight"Richard spoke irritatedly. Their eyes widened

"Thanks boss"they chorused smiling like fools making Richard scoff.

"They are smiling because of 200,000 dollars? What am I even saying? It's obvious they were born in poverty"Richard muttered smiling in pride. The fact that these people will never match up to him gave him joy.

"Girlfriend indeed,why would he say that am his girlfriend? Couldn't he come up with something else? I bet he's feeling all high and mighty just because of the loan he paid" Elena said inwardly and scoffed.

She turned to see Richard still smiling. "What's amusing him?"

She was still wondering why he's smiling all of a sudden, she cleared her throat earning his attention.

Immediately their eyes met Elena look down not knowing if she should say a thank you or just go her way.

"Are you avoiding my gaze now?"Richard asked.

"And why would I do that?!"Eleana snapped.

"Because the last time I checked you're bold and crazy. You even hit me with your bag"he spoke loving the look of uncertainty on her face.

"Well, I'm sorry about that"Elena said holding her waist.

" So how are you going to pay me back?"Richard asked coming closer to her.

"Wait,I'm paying back? Thought you just did a good act out of humanity "she eyed him. What made her think he did that for free?

"You're joking right? You think I'll do that if you wouldn't pay back?"Richard raised a brow and she scoffed.

"Okay fine! I'll pay you back once I get the money "Elena said moving back.

"Well you can pay me in other ways"Richard said pocketing his hands.

"Which is?"Elena asked turning to face him.

(Grade 12 B)

Havana yawned tiredly standing up from her seat. School was just so damn boring to her today. No dramas,no nothing plus Kraig was still avoiding her. Not like she wanted to talk to him in the first place.

"He's a total idiot for letting Summer treat him like her lapdog"she hissed walking towards the door.

It was already break time so there wasn't any student in the class. She dusted her cloth with her palm. She was still dusting when she saw Kraig coming her way.

She stopped what she was doing and followed the opposite direction obviously ignoring him.

"I know she's mad at me" Kraig muttered and went for the hallway, heading to his locker.

Summer, Bianca, and Pearl could be seen siting on a round table well designed not like others, theirs was different.

It's obviously because their dads own shares in the school.

Immediately Havana entered the cafeteria, the student began screaming.

*SHE'S SO CUTE!

*I LIKE HER, SHE IS WAY CUTER THAN SUMMER.

Summer glared at the girl who said that.

*PLEASE CAN YOU EAT WITH ME!!?, one girl from grade 12 B said and she walked to her table.

*Awwwwn she so lucky to eat with her, Student's started murmuring.

"What should we order?"Havana asked staring at her.

"Uhm let's go with chicken and pasta" Hadley said shyly and Havana nodded, they took their order and stated eating immediately.

Meanwhile Summer was fuming from her seat glaring daggers at Havana who smirked in return.

"Chill girl she isn't worth your anger" Pearl said and trying to touch summer but she pushed her hand off.

,"Don't touch me! How dare she steal the attention huh? It's supposed to be mine!"Summer spoke between gritted teeth.

"I swear, I will be the one to end you Havana!!"She shouted and stormed out.

Kraig sighed. He's been watching everything from an empty class near the cafeteria.

"Calm down dude, everything will be alright, but then,you should tell Havana how you feel before its too late"Craig said as they walk out of the class.

"I know dude but who'd want to like me when I'm so damn poor? And then there's Summer and her minions. I will be in big trouble if I do that they will increase their bullying" he said and sighed.

"It's fine, let's go before we miss the class" Craig said and they walk out.

Richard was sitting down on his swivel chair typing something on his computer when a knock came on his door.

"It's open"he spoke without looking up.

Mabel entered and pulled her gown upwards revealing her fresh thighs and rearranged her dress pushing her b**bs into view.

She bit her lips hard, some silly thoughts flowing on her mind.

"Are you done staring?" Richard asked raising his head.

"Uhm ...boss.....the branch you're working on in Japan. It's launching in a few weeks"she spoke moving seductively towards Richard.

"I'm already aware. You can leave"he muttered facing his work.

"Boss?"she called again. This time she was beside him already.

"How bout lunch together? Please don't say no"she pouted trying to touch him.

"Touch me with those poverty striken hands and you're fired. What, because I've decided to just ignore you you think you're free to just do whatever you want? Listen here Mabel, before I say what you'll regret,carry your filthy self outta my office. Looks like you're tired of your job"Richard glared at her hard.

"But I...."she was saying.

"I said get the hell out!!"Richard banged his hand on the table angrily and she ran out crying.

All the workers started murmuring.

*WHAT'S WITH HER?*

*SHE'S RUNNING LIKE SOMEONE THAT HAS SOME MENTAL PROBLEMS*

"Get back to work, bunch of morons!!"she shouted amidst tears and they scurried away.

Ranger who saw the scene chuckled.

"Useless human beings everywhere. Of all people she had to try seducing Richard? That stone?" he shook his head silently pitying the girl.

"What's up dude. I saw your crazy secretary running out just now. What happened?"Ranger asked making Richard scoff.

"Who does she think she is? Trying to seduce me in my office" he frowned and Ranger bit his lips trying refrain from laughing.

"Wait she really did that? Why ain't I the one getting these kinda chances. Free girls to fxck 24\7"Ranger snickered and Richard's frown deepened.

"What's with this expression "Ranger asked sitting beside him.

"Well it's nothing, I forgot to tell I managed to get another nanny for Lisa"he said and Ranger nodded.

"So tell me is she beautiful Curvey..."he was still saying when Richard spoke.

"Don't bother, it's someone you know."

"Huh someone I know?" He asked pointing at him self and Richard explained everything to him without leaving one behind.

Before he finished Ranger is already laughing.

"Like seriously,how do you manage to find everything funny?" Richard rolled eyes standing up to leave and Ranger joined him.

Elena was sitting on the sofa with bowl of popcorn on her hand. She was watching her favorite ZEE WORLD series, Twist of Fate when Richard's voice rang in her ear.

(FLASHBACK, EARLIER IN RICHARD'S CAR)

"Which is....?"

"Be my daughter's nanny"he said and her eyes widened.

"He has a daughter?" she asked herself inwardly.

"Awwwn the daughter must be cute like her dad"she said and smacked her head mentally.

"What am I saying? Not like this dogface is handsome in the first place"she rolled eyes.

"So what do you say?" Richard asked folding his arms.

"So for how long am I going to work to pay off my debt?"she asked biting her lower lips.

"If you agree then,i will be paying you forget about the debt"he said and her eyes lit up.

"I will think about it" she said and came down from the car walking away without a single thank you.

"Should I call him?"she muttered, staring at the card he gave her if she's interested.

"Call who?" Her mum asked, coming out from her room.

"I got another job as a nanny Gosh. Should I go for it? What do you think?"she sighed and her mum stroked her hair coming to join her on the sofa.

"If you made up your mind to work you can do it"her mum spoke.

"It is not about doing it mum I will be living there. I will have leave you and Kraig"she said with worried eyes and her mum hugged her.

"You can do it forget about us. We'll be fine don't worry" she said and Elena pouted

"You're sure?"she asked and her mum nodded.

"Alright I will just call him tomorrow"she resolved and entered her room.

Immediately her daughter locked her door,tears flowed down Mrs Harper's eyes.

"I'm sorry for being a useless mother Lena. You're not supposed to be stressing yourself this much"she sniffed.

(ELENA'S ROOM)

"Should I call him and inform him that I will start tomorrow?Or should I just leave it till tomorrow?" she debated.

"Nah. He'll think I'm desperate. I'll call him tomorrow. I can't wait to see that baby girl. I bet on my life's savings that she's cute and humble unlike her rude father"she spoke to herself, smiling and like that, sleep took over.
