CHAPTER 4: Just you and me

"Do your best Clara! I will always be there!" said Zara.

"Not me! I have to go home to play the new version of mewttack! Byeeee~" said Caroline.

I looked at Zara, and she looked back at me giving, me an awkward smile.

"I-I will always be there in your heart, sorry I need to go and finish the episode of the series I was watching, My angel, bye~ Stay strong Clara!" said Zara as she ran to the school gate waving back at me.

"Tch! Cheater, but I can't do anything about it, I brought this on myself," I said to myself and headed towards class.

I stood out of the class expecting it to be noisy, but I couldn't even hear a single but of noise coming out of the class. I thought to myself, maybe they might come late. So just headed in to see and abominable creature. ASHTON. ANDERSON.

I ignored him and sat at the corner of the class next to the window, where all main characters sit. I looked out feeling all nice and calm until I turn to see a creature like him.

Why must I be stuck with this fiend? It was just Ashton and me in that room.

When I looked at him, he looked back at me, locking eye contact. I looked at him in pure disgust, while he sent a wink towards me.

*insert puking noise in your mind.

"A wink face, don't make me puke, ugh! I think I'm going to be sick!" I said.

He just chuckled and went on doing his work.

Like bro! What the heck is wrong with you? Like all of a sudden, out of nowhere you started flirting with me? Wait, was that even flirting, or was that to make me sick, so I don't come to school tomorrow? Well I don't know, but it kinda worked.

I can feel my insides coming out. This just shows how much I hate him.

"Oh! Both of you actually came, why are you sitting so far apart? Anyway, everyone ditched this, so I'm glad there are still obedient students in this school. I am going to appoint both of you as the leader for extra classes. Now I'll give you some questions, and you can leave after solving them." said professor Keith.

"Thank you sir," we said and copied down the questions.

"Make sure nobody misses class okay, dismissed,"

We are in charge. I looked at Ashton, who was balancing his pen above this mouth.

"Yo moron you heard what sir said right, we are in charge so we both need to be diligent and come regularly, so I will be the boss of you,"

"Yeah, yeah, whatever, but no one can be the boss of me, you hear me. No. One." said Ashton arguing back.

I'm so tired of him, I sat back on my seat, and completely ignored him as he mockingly copied me.

For some reason today just exhausted me, and I just want to shut my eyes little.

"Hey! Pitsqueak, don't be sad, come on! Wait, are you asleep?"

Before I knew it, I have been sleeping for 45 minutes.

"What I need to go home fast!"

I packed my things and dashed out.

Why the hell did that brat not call me up? He always annoys me, but now he just let me sleep? And how the hell did I sleep in front of that brat? That JERK! I HATE HIM!!!!

When I ran out I saw Ashton walking outside slowly. I took this opportunity, and attacked a defenceless bozo.

*Bam!!!

"Ouch! What is wrong with you girl? Last time it was my stomach now it is my back? I shouldn't have been kind to you letting you sleep, you looked so drained, so I didn't bother to call you up!" said Ashton.

"JERK,"

"How rude, I let you oversleep, you are the ungrateful jerk!"

Well I never knew he could be nice, well I have to put aside our differences and thank him.

"Anyway, thanks. I never knew you could be kind enough to understand me. So thank you," I said.

"That's alright princess, anything for you" said Ashton bowing down as if he was a prince.

"Yeah, whatever. You're still a jerk though, that ain't gonna change," I said and walked ahead.

"That's alright, for me. Bye pit squeak! See you tomorrow," said Ashton.

"Pit-pit-pitsqueak! Ashton Anderson! I swear to god, you are getting on my nerve!"

"Which one?"

Why does he want to pick a fight so badly? I was being grateful to him, and he was slowly going into my good books but guess I was wrong about him, he can never change, he will always be bad to me! If I had the chance I should definitely bury him. I feel so bad for his future girlfriend and wife. Wait, he is not going to get one anyway. What a loser!

And that was how the day finished, by me shouting at Ashton.

"I'm back home mom! What did you make for me~"

"Wash up first then I will tell,"

"Pfft! What is on your head sis?" laughed Cain.

"What?"

"It reads 'Dumbass! Haha! Whoever did this will die tomorrow," said Cain rolling and laughing on the floor.

I ran towards the mirror to check my forehead, where it was clearly written, 'Dumbass'.

That ungrateful piece of shit! I can't believe I even thanked you!

"That JERK Ashton! I'm going to kill him tomorrow!"

*At Ashton's place

"Ouch! For some reason, I got a slight sting in the back of my head,"

"Guess some one is talking smack about you,"
