At Lan's House

Lan wangji was holding a photo frame and looking at the boy who was standing in a corner like no one wants to be with him in photo but still he was looking very happy in that group. His happiness always shows in his eyes.

Wangji hears a knock at the door and keep that photo in his drawer

Lan Xichen

Didi are you free? (Xichen asked while entering the room)

Lan Zhan (ML)

Yes Ge..

Lan Xichen

What happened Bodi? You are looking so lost today. Something again happened in school? (he asked softly)

Lan Zhan (ML)

(sigh) He is taking part in marathon .

Lan Xichen

So you are afraid that he will lose and students will make fun of him

Lan Zhan (ML)

(after a few seconds) I just wonder how he handles all these. Students always make fun of him. But he confidently stood for himself.

Lan Zhan (ML)

I don't know why all only judge him why his looks. He is so talented , hard working and soft hearted. But glad he knows how to fight for himself ( wangji chuckles)

Xichen was looking at his DiDi with a smile. He knows his cousin's brother is very fond of that guy weiying from the first day of the school

POV

Lan wangji came back to China from the U. S. A, five months ago. Lan wangji's father married his mother against their family will. They wanted to marry his son with their friend's daughter and also they promised them this marriage. But when they came to know about his son's relationship, they gave two options to Lan Wangji's father. He had to choose between love and family and he chose love. Lan wangji's parents shifted to the USA after their marriage to live a new journey of their life.

Later Lan family realised their mistake choosing a life partner without his son's consent wasn't a good decision. So they contacted them and solved their family issues but wangji's parents continued to live there.

But 1 year back wangji's parents died in a plane crash as they were coming from singapore after a business meeting.

Wangji was broken and he distanced himself from all Lan Qiren ( wangji's uncle) thought to bring him to China after few months. Xichen was very close to Wangji from his childhood, so wangji came with them to China .

He got admitted to the same school of weiying. Actually the school belongs to Lan's so they admit Lan wangji in the same school.

On the very first day of his school he found a group of students bullying a fat boy as he was eating a burger. They were mocking him to not eat that much as he is already a fatso . But when he saw that boy picked up the fight with them rather than being afraid he found him interesting. The boy was speaking for himself like he was very proud of himself.

After that whenever he saw students bullying him or making fun of him , he always spoke for himself. Wangji don't help but fell for him .

Even he always helps weiying without being noticed as he doesn't know how to show his feelings.
