You can stay and I will adopt you as my granddaughter is it OK?

She gave me all I needed I was greatly thankful. I helped in cooking thankful I know how to make some dishes and she taught me how to prepare some food. I learned how to get medicine from the forest. I learnt a lot since she was schooled.

When I woke up it was dark and many children were talking in low tones.

"We are orphans you were brought here to stay with us. It's not a bad place as long as you don't cause trouble for the leader here,a tall emaciated kid with black teeths.

"Okay thank you for saving me, but I have to go now. I don't want to stay here it's really dark and I'm not feeling well ", I said try to get up

" Hey not so fast girl, how do you leave without paying for the treatment.

I don't know how to pay you because I lack coins and I'm still wounded.

"You can sleep with me or you can send this message to this person, a bag of white flour, was handed to me.

I dragged my leg which was bandaged and took the bag so I can be free from this place.

I met with the man who wanted the bag not far from the cave like home

Here I handed out and ran while limping though tired and sweaty due to pain. I motivated myself to walk on.

Getting to a road a car almost hit me. It held its break but due to shock and too much pain I was unconscious.
