Chapter 4
Mrs. Smith walked into the headmistress's office. Once inside, she saw the headmistress talking to the new student. Both women turned to Mrs. Smith, noticing her presence.
Freya Martinez(neé Jones)
"Ahh, Mrs. Smith, you're finally here"
*Smiles*
Mrs. Smith observed the new student before looking at the headmistress.
Mrs. Smith
"So, this is the new student. I hope you meet my expectations... Come, let's go"
Mrs. Smith and the new student bid farewell to the headmistress and left the office. They reached the classroom and walked in. All the students inside were quiet and attentive.
Mrs. Smith
"Ok, class, today we have a new student in our class... Miss, please introduce yourself"
The new student nodded and looked at her classmates.
Alice Anderson
"Good morning everyone. My name is Alice Anderson, and just turned 19"
Once Alice had introduced herself, Mrs. Smith turned back to the students, seemingly ignoring the fact that Alice hadn't mentioned where she lives, or any other info about herself.
Mrs. Smith
"Ok, you may take your seat next to Mr. Vasilyev"
Alice looked at Caesar, who was watching her. She felt uncomfortable and walked towards him, taking the seat next to him.
Mrs. Smith then began explaining the lesson, and Alice focussed intently on her words. Caesar couldn't help but stare at Alice. He was captivated by the beauty sitting beside him.
Alice was walking through the now empty halls when she heard laughter echoing through the corridors. She followed the sound, her gaze falling upon Ivy, Ava, Sophia, and Audrey laughing at the three girls who were sitting on the floor, drenched in water, tears streaming down their faces.
Alice instantly realized that Ivy and her friends were bullying the three girls. A sly smile crept across her face.
Alice Anderson
"Tsk, they still haven't changed. Still the same people I met years ago"
She then opened her phone and turned on the recording app before hiding her other hand that was holding her phone.
Alice Anderson
"I'd never thought that you and your friends hadn't changed one bit, Edwards"
She started approaching the group. Ivy and her friends turned to face Alice, their eyes filled with hatred.
Ivy Edwards
*Scoffs*
"So, you're really back, hmm? But that doesn't make you anything. You're nothing but a crybaby"
Alice stared at them with an intimidating smile, her lips never losing their curve.
Alice Anderson
"I know that, but what will happen if the headmistress finds out about what you four have been doing to such innocent girls, hmm?"
Ava Wilson
"Well, you don't have any evidence you stup-"
Sophia covered her mouth and pointed at Alice's phone, which Alice purposely showed that was recording their conversation.
Ivy and her friends were taken aback by the sight of the phone. They glared at Alice.
Ivy Edwards
"You-tsk, you'll regret interfering with us"
Ivy then turned around and walked away, her group following suit, their eyes blazing with fury.
Once Ivy and her group were gone, Alice helped the three girls on their feet.
Alice Anderson
"Are you three alright?"
The girls nodded, Alice was silent for a moment.
Alice Anderson
"So... Why were they bullying you three"
The three girls looked at each other before turning back to Alice.
Cassandra Williams
"Well, I accidentally poured water on Ivy's clothes while we were walking around, and that's why she and her friends poured water on me and my friends before they spit at us and laughed"
The hall fell silent again
Alice Anderson
"What are your names?"
Sylvia Knight
"I'm Sylvia Knight"
Cassandra Williams
"I'm Cassandra Williams"
Cora Smith
"I'm Cora Hale"
Alice Anderson
"Nice to meet you, Sylvia, Cassandra, and Cora. I'm Alice Anderson, by the way"
*Smiles*
The three girls smiled at her.
Alice Anderson
"I must say you three are very pretty... Can I be your friend? After all, I don't have any friends here yet"
Her eyes searching their faces. The three girls looked at each other, their smiles widening.
Cassandra Williams
"Sure!"
