"What is your name?", I asked, but no answer. "Why did you kill that guy?", Still no answer. Its really scare when criminals don't answer its like they won't not tell whatever you do don't matter. They're just enjoying show.

"How long do you think you can keep quite?", Ranbir asked him with a smirk on his face. "You have to answer us so we can understand or maybe your punishment will become less.", I guess he can tell that he will silent for now but not forever.

Its 06:15 am. We have been doing this from 01:30 am I guess its still early for him to responding. Most take one or two, but they talk after their vow to silence period over.

Senior enter the interrogation room.

"SIR", stand with salute.

"Did he said something?", he asked.

"Nothing he said, SIR.", I report

" Its too early for him to answer. Let's wait for a day, if he don't answer then we will take to the court." he said.

"YES SIR.", we replied to him.

"Let's take break. Continue after that." he said with sigh.

"....Ok Sir", we replied.

"Aah! Finally, a break." Out of room for taking fresh air, but still leaving him alone make me feel eerie. I know in police station nothing will go wrong because there are others present too.

"Hey Ranbir, Do you think its alright for him to leave alone?", I asked to Ranbir. We are now in changing room.He is in good mood because he can finally talk with his girlfriend. I am happy too.

" Its ok. There are other seniors are present too. Nothing will go wrong.", he pause wear his jacket.

Nothing will happen but the expression and look Mathew gave me an eerie feeling.

"They are senior. We know that they are better from. Maybe they will make him to talk.", he reached to open door. " Let's go. Your family is waiting for you. I saw you didn't answer the calls."

06:45 am

After showering my head become light. Need some sleep let's sleep for few hours. Then let's make sure nothing has happened.

Eyes closed.

BZZ.... Ringing stop. Again start ringing.

"Hello.", I said in low voice.

"Where are you?" Ranbir said.

" mmm, not even hello. What's wrong?" I asked him.

"We need to go police station again Mathew ran from jail. Senior called me he said you are not answering. We need to be there as soon as possible he said." he hanged the call.

Call notification 14 missed call from senior.

Oh shit! I have to go.

09:00 am, at police station

Police station is in mess. I guess he fought with another officer. There are some blood too. " Is he get injured during fighting?", I asked as I examine the station.

"Yes, he got injuries on his left side of chest." Newcomer paused. " I think he is injured severely." Ranbir said we met at door.

Senior enter." I think he didn't run far away. We need to search this area carefully. We don't know what he will do after murdering." he said to us.

We got ready.

Telephone rings. We stop for moment.

"Hello?" Newcomer attained the call.

"Yes, we will be there." He hanged the call and said," Mathew show up at grocery shop."

09:30 am, at grocery shop.

Others officer were already there.

" Mathew is in there. Holding a girl as hostage so that he can run away. He is holding a knife too." officer report to us.

He is holding a hostage. This is bad. Don't know what he will do?

Entering the shop. As I see him holding knife at hostage's neck I pulled my gun out and aim at his left arm.

She is scared. I can see her eyes full of tears. A girl with oversize t-shit and black jeans is holding by Mathew. She is too weak for fight with him. She is struggling. but I need to focus on Mathew now.

Mathew is trying to get away from second door but there already officers are present so he can't run away.

We need to save her.
