She summoned her friends, Kim Sok and others, who attacked Kaito. Despite being beaten and his head bleeding, Kaito refused to use his powers, which didn't work in this world anyway. Just when they thought they had defeated him, Kaito stood up, fought back, and demanded, "Why did you do this, Hana?" Hana revealed, "Because I love Bong Pal, but he loves Soyeon, not me. That's why I want to kill her."

Enraged, Kaito wanted to beat Hana, but he restrained himself, instead carrying Soyeon in his arms and taking her home. He bandaged her wounds and slept beside her, determined to protect her.

Kaito's heart overflowed with emotion, his voice barely above a whisper. "I love you too, Soyeon. Forever and always."
