Bad feeling

 The next morning I woke up with the sharp pain still in my chest it hurt so much I felt like it was my last day on Earth after a few minutes I managed to get up. Without waste more time I got up and went to to the bath took a shower later I come out feeling a bit better with the painin my chest slowly fading away, afterwards I quickly got dressed and went down to the kitchen to prepare breakfast before my stepmother Eve woke up.

upon reaching the kitchen I found Lucy sitting there eating an apple,as I walked further into the kitchen I said good morning to her while preparing to start making breakfast and she replied with an expressionless face

"Good morning "I said as soon as I entered the kitchen. Soon after she also said with a hint of laziness in her voice "Good morning"

aren't you going to the bakery today I asked I started washing some veggies. and she replied

"No the bakery owner talked us we could take a leave coz some important fellow is coming of today, yeah so I'm staying home for the whole day today"looking up at her with a smile and I said "I guess I'll have some company through out the day today telling from the way she looked at me she was a little bit annoyed smiling slightly I continued with my work.

After finishing up in the kitchen Lucy and I started prepare the food at the dinner table. soon after the food was served , the first to come down were my two step Brothers Cris and David i greeted both of them as usual and they both seat down.at that moment the only people yet to arrive where ivy and my step mother , after a few minutes of waiting ivy and my step mother finally come down after both of them sat down for breakfast Lucy and I did the same as well just like always there was as awkward silence during breakfast I ate my breakfast as quickly as possible and after I finished i stood up as I was about to head back to the kitchen I heard my stepmother Eve say

"Heaven we're having guests later today, so you should make same delicious food okay, I want no mistake okay ohh and make sure you look good okay that's all for now Carry on.

After finishing cleaning up I went up to my room a little dazed and confused.

Why should I dress up today ignoring all my thoughts I went down to find rose and Nancy two of the maids in this house who treat me like a human being

you over there tell ivy to come over to my room immediately leave now. A few minutes later ivy walked into the room while adjusting her shoulder length hair.when Eva saw ivy she quickly told her to sit down and listen to her plan .

since the old of the Stevenson family is looking for a new wife for his grandson he sent a marriage proposal to us asking for your hand in marriage ivy I can't possibly allow you to marry that monster so I figured why don't we make heaven marry in your place if she does we'll have more connection in the trade mark we can finally get rid of her once and for all do you understand dear.

after rose , Nancy and heaven finished prepare everything for the guests yet to arrive Nancy and rose forced heaven up to her room to prepare herself for the party that evening as soon as heaven entered the room she found a beautiful white dress with blue flower decorations on the chest area and wrists studying the dress more she finally decided to go take a bath and get ready

before the unknown guests arrived.

when I finished taking a bath and came out while drying my hair I saw rose was in the room seeming to be waiting for me as I walked further into the room I started charging into the white beautiful dress and when I was done rose sat me down in front of the mirror and started to apply same making on my face, when she was finally done I stood up and said thank you to her and looked at my reflection in the mirror ,the dress stocked tightly up my upper body and spreed out from my waist going down like a blooming flower ,the necklace and earrings matched the dress . while the make up on my face was simply but still looked really good on me when I was done I turned around and saw rose looking at me as if she was stroke by lightning and " you look gorgeous you truly look like heaven". she said with a bright smile on her face and I couldn't help but smile as well and I asked " since I'm done can I go down now " " madam said she would send someone to call you down so do worry okay " rose replied still smiling warmly at me , she and I sat down and talked for a while then a maid came up and said I was being called by my stepmother to go down now .

checking myself one last time I looked at rose and she nodded at me and giving me a reassuring smile clearly telling me I looked okay taking a deep breath I turned around and walked out of my room telling myself to stay calm at that moment I realized I was nervous , why on each I'm I so nervous ? I thought to myself as I reached the stairs then I heard my stepmother talking to someone I guessed it was the guests that had arrived then I slowly walked down the stairs now feeling a not in my stomach I still didn't know why I had a bad feeling about all this
