Chapter Two

Chapter two:

*Raven's home town*

A train stops at the train station, passengers come down and the last is a lady, bossy looking lady dressed in a black slim gown and sun shades. Raven comes out and looks around, she smiles at the environment and then grins

*those monsters don’t deserve to breath this free air, they deserve to beg for mercy at my feet…*

A man bumps into her,

*oups*

“Sorry Miss my bad.”

“(Smiles) no need to apologise”

The man continuous on his way, Raven looks at him again for a second

*that man, he looks familiar I think I’ve seen him some where*

It’s now that it comes to her, she takes out her phone and scrolls through some pictures, carefully checking each of them and there

*Gotcha, he’s one of the sons of that tyrant, there’s no way he wasn’t there that night*

Raven decides to follow him, she follows him into an arcade where she carefully spies on him. At some point she gets tired at decides to go talk to him herself after all it will just be a coincidence that they’ve met at the train station then the arcade. She goes to the toy machine and stands beside him pretending to look at the toys and gain interest in one of them. The man looks at her for a while

*She?*

“hi, I think I’ve seen you somewhere”

She raises her head and pretence to be shocked

*gasps*

“Oh yeah, you’re the guy who bumped into me at the train station, what a silly coincidence” *in your dreams*

“Yeah, quite silly, what else are you doing here apart from admiring toys? ”

“Nothing really, just moved in and I’m yet to find a place to stay. I’m a fan of toys but my bag was to full and I was too lazy so I didn’t pack any of my toys. I just thought I could come get a new one.” *(proud)nobody knows how to formulate a lie faster and better than me*

“well that makes sense, I wanna get a toy for my neice, she really bugged me for one on my way here. (thoughful) You said you haven’t got a a place to stay here and it’s almost late, I would dislike that a sweet lady like you spends a night in an alley”

Raven feels insulted about the way the young man makes an alley look, not that an alley is a responsible place to be in, it’s because it’s the place that actually gave her life and hope and because she doesn’t want the man to piss her off, she walks away

“not to worry, I won’t sleep in an alley, I have places to be.”

She rushes out and takes a taxi to the nearest hotel, long after she’s gone, the young man remembers that he didn’t ask her name which she would not have given anyways.

*CccXxx Hotel*

Raven lodges into the hotel and settles in, she falls on the bed facing the ceiling just like she used to with her brother and they’d start a pillow fight. Those memories come to her and for a second she smiles. Before leaving the Arcade, she stole the young man’s Card from his pocket without his notice. She takes it out and studies the information on it which are; his name, Tel number, Address, Company name and Company address. Apart from being technical bandit, she had also acquainted herself with some hackers and learned some hacking and piracy skills but unlike others, she learned fast and better and has an almost untraceable hacking skill. After seeing the Company’s name, she intends to hack into the company’s account and fetch herself some money.

“This man, Blake Fritz, though he’s only a second son, he might just be my bate. His company anyways is Gonna be my bank account from now henceforth.”

She takes out her computer and starts researching on the company. She also plans on tracking blake so she can spy on him and find a way to get close to him and start activating her plans.

*Next Moring*

Raven spent most her time last night learning about Blake's company that she slept late so she wakes up really exhausted

*yawn*

“Another day, I can’t believe what I saw, even worse I can’t believe that family pays no homage to the dead! (breathe) now’s not the time for me to get all fired up, I have places to be.”

She leaves the hotel later in the day to go visit a certain place,

“my home”

She goes there expecting to see it in ruins but to her surprise, the is a huge mansion standing in that place, a company. For a second she thinks she’s at the wrong place but some things never change, the chapel opposite her house where they used to worship stands exactly there and there’s no doubt that is where her house which was burnt was standing. She decided to verify, she goes to the gate and knocks, a gate keeper open the gate

“how may I help you miss”

“Hi, I’m new here, I’m a university student and I’m researching on this town. I was told the house of a wealthy man Mr. Kajiyashiki but his entire family in it burned. This is the location I was given but, I don’t see anything of such.”

“The person who sent you just wants to fail you, this is where the house burned, but the Fritz built a company here after clearing off the ruins”

“What?! (Calms down) okay thank you”

Raven is in complete shock, not only did they kill her entire family and build a company on the land they killed them for without the land documents, they also dared to build a house on her family’s head

“(clenches fist) These people have done worse than I thought, they have disrespected my parents and my family. Father, the documents you gave me to run away with won’t be necessary, I don’t even know why you didn’t give them anyways! All I know there must be something special about that place.”

She turns back and looks at the company completely disgusted, she feels like bulldozing the company but just like she felt fourteen years ago, it isn’t yet time,

“There’ll be no need going to court with land documents to claim the land when all we have around here are corrupt judges, dogs who follow the scent of money like following Christ. If the Fritz Family wants dirty then they’ve got it coming ‘cause I have a lot of dirty to spare and a promise to keep.”

Raven goes back to the hotel, she meets Blake at the reception but she quickly hides before he can see her.
