This school is one of the most difficult schools to get into, and it takes months, or even years to even enrol. So the only way to get into the school is to wait and keep trying until you annoy them enough to get inrolled, or you will have to be requested by an important person to a school. Either one of those two options, or you're just smart. Maybe all three.
