Discovery

It was a bright sunny day,not a cloud in sight, the Sun shines with all it's might.The chirping of the birds could be heard as they glided on the warm summer breeze across the azure sky. The happy giggles of a young girl could be heard. A Beautiful young girl located on top of the soft grass possessing magnificent orchid purple hair with the length just up to her neck with alluring amethyst irises, she held a soft fluffy cat.Her fingers went through it's fur as she petted the cat softly.The cat had a straight face as it got fed up from the annoying young girl who constantly kept petting it's head and hugging it tight.The cat then opened its mouth and bite Himiko's hand as hard as it could.Himiko felt a sudden pain in her hand as she released the fluffy white animal.

"Owie" she said.

There,getting a chance, the fluffy creature ran as fast it could,seeing the cat getting away Himiko chased it with all her might up and down,left and right wherever it went she would just pop up out of nowhere.

"Hey mister kitty!wait up!I wanna pet ya!"she said while chasing the cat.

As she suddenly felt a presence in front of her and without knowing she bumped into two boys who used to bully her.

"I'm so sorry"she said apologetically while she bowed to them repeatedly.

"Hey! can't you see where you're going!? Are you blind or something!?!"one of the boys said to her.

"Well...um... to be honest I didn't see where I was going because I was focused on the fluffy little kitty cat and nope I'm not blind .Look I can see perfectly"she said cheerfully.

The boy then raised his hand as a mischievous grin enveloped upon his face as he uttered the following sentence.

"Now I'm gonna make you my dog"

Just in a fraction of a second,a beautiful young girl apparently older than Himiko stood behind them,certainly looking pissed and irritated.Her eyes were blue as the sky above and her hair bright as the Sun though her gaze was like threatening blades.As Himiko heard her sister threatening the two boys she herself shivered with fear.The two boys disappeared in a split second.Himiko laughed nervously as she looked at her older sister,she waved at her while her hand was shaking.

"H-hi...nee-san"she said nervously.

Himiko suddenly felt a wild impact of force hitting her head as her head slammed on the ground.

"Owie mowie!! Why sister?!? What did I do?!?"

"How many times should I tell you to stand up for yourself,AND I SHALL BE THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD HIT YOU!.tch.."

While they were busy arguing a sudden vibrating sound echoed through the area.It was the sound of the bell indicating that lunch time had started.Himiko thought about the witch waiting for their arrival,she saw her sister swiftly walking away she gets up on her feet and says:

"Nee-san wait for me!"

She then rushes after Michiko,even though they ran with all their might they were still ten minutes late, Himiko thought about the punishments they could receive from their foster mother. She shivered and trembled with fear with just that thought though she was their foster mother she was anything but kind.She was brutal as ever giving punishments to those who make the smallest of the mistakes.A sudden dark aura surrounded the whole room as a woman with hair dark as night possessing crimson red eyes entered the room.Her gaze fell upon the two sisters and she didn't look pleased.

"State why are you late or worse is to come."said the woman with black hair.

Himiko was freaking out while Michiko was calm as ever.

Himiko:"Ahhhh...ummmmmm..eeeeehhhhh....ummmm well you see miss Amaya...we ahh."

Himiko then felt a sudden yet gentle tap on her shoulders it was her sister who looked upon her with her beautiful azure eyes indicating her to calm down and that everything is alright.Himiko then stop shivering and gently nodded her head,she turned her head to face their foster mother but she remained silent.Then Michiko spoke up

"Well it's better you know the full scenario, the two boys that are sitting at the front table were bullying my sister here and according to your teachings, bullying shouldn't go unpunished hence it was my duty to defend and protect my sister. Those two are accountable of us being late."

Amaya's gaze fell upon the two boys as she looked at the girls in front of her again and said:"very well then I shall spare you too for now but no more being late and no more bullying"

Himiko and Michiko bowed with respect and walked away while Himiko looked at the two boys, she sticks her tongue out as her right index finger pulled the flesh beneath her right eye making a funny face.

"Allaaaaaaaa"

Himiko and Michiko sat on the table as Himiko's eyes sparkled seeing the cup of tea in front of her.She extended her right hand as her fingers gently gripped the cup of the tea raising it towards her mouth.Himiko then sipped the cup of tea the flavor of that magnificent tea ran into her mouth down to her throat she finished that cup of tea in a fraction of a second.Shen then turned to Michiko

"Oki um nee-san I had my lunch so imma be in our room if ya need me"

She then tried to run away before her sister would notice but unfortunately it was too late Michiko was already glaring at her.Himiko was thrown on the seat as muffin was suddenly stuffed in her mouth

"You are not fooling anyone, sit down and eat up or I'll shove the food down your throat because you are also disrupting my heavenly lunch!"

Himiko gobbled up the muffin and her lunch rushing towards her room grabbing a thick red book.She opened the page in which the bookmark was located and started reading, with each and every sentence her interest grew more and more as she was lost in her own world of imagination.Time flew by and now it was 12 am in the morning which was way past their bed time.Their deadline was 10 pm but she didn't really care, she just had finished her book and noticed that she was out of books.Himiko waddles to her sister pulling her shirt gently but she didn't get a reply she then did the same thing again and again and still there was no reply.She then thought of poking her as her finger kept poking Michiko's cheek multiple times, she felt a cold touch on her hand it was her sister who glared at her with blazing eyes ready to kill.

"What is it?" Michiko said in an irritated manner.

Himiko : Actually...I finished my book and now I am out of books to read, I was thinking if we could go to the library and get more books.

Michiko: Are you stupid? It is already past our bedtime and if we sneaked out the both of us will get caught and I don’t think Amaya will be merciful this time.

Himiko : But I want more books and I know you are out of them too.

So then they snuck out to the library to get more books to read .Himiko and Michiko took a big risk and there would be a severe punishment waiting for them if they had been caught.Himiko was softly giggling with excitement as she loved to do these sneaking out things.As soon as they reached the library Himiko made a run for the weaponry section which was right next to the history section She spotted a book with the name "Demonic Swords".The book quickly caught her sight as the unique name light up that curiosity in her.She called for her sister to get her that book.

Himiko:"Nee san can you please get me that book?"

Michiko:"Wait just a few minutes"

Himiko couldn't wait and jumped up in order to get that book,her fingers grabbed the book but three books fell down along with her,each of them hitting on her head one by one.Himiko stepped back because she knew that she had made a mess and yes she also disturbed Michiko.

Michiko:"I told you to wai-"

Before Michiko could even finish her sentence they heard a crackling noise of chains and gear as a secret room appeared in front of them which was made by the alignment of history and weaponry section.Seeing this new discovery Himiko got excited and ready to explore.She had a devilish smile on her face as she looked at her sister who kept bobbing her head since she knew exactly what Himiko was going to do.

Himiko:"Welp Imma go explore...soooo bye bye!"

She rushed inside leaving Michiko behind.The further she went the darker it got,Himiko seeing the darkness and unable to find her sister rushed back and hide behind Michiko who too was in that room.Himiko poked her sister and said.

Himiko:"Arm?"

Michiko knew what her sister was going to ask for and yes the answer was always the same "No."

Himiko hearing upon her sister's reply did the old puppy dog eye routine "Pweaaaaaaaaaaase nee-san"

Michiko reply was the same as before a definite no.But Himiko's puppy dog eyes intensified and Michiko gave in,holding out her hand for her sister to nuzzle.Himiko jumped on her hand and nuzzled it tight.

Then both if then began to explore the place which contained many different demonic crafts,each of different shapes and sizes.Himiko still held on to Michiko's hand while her eyes darted around as they stopped on the side of two beautiful swords.Himiko's gaze fell upon the the beautiful dark blue sword with jet black tip.Himiko slowly extended her hand,just as her fingers gripped the sword she felt a dark demonic presence,Himiko went pale and her body was cold.I t was the dark demonic spirit trying to possess her.Suddenly she felt someone grabbing her hand and taking her behind a pillar.It was her sister and she came in just in time as their mother was there patrolling the area.

Amaya:"I shall check on the kids now,"

Hearing this both sisters ran back into their room carrying the swords as well as the books they found.Himiko was breathing heavily while she noticed that her sword had now turned into a gem,putting it into her pocket she quickly grabbed a manga and started reading.It was then when the door mob turned and Amaya came in to check on them.She had a cold expression and was certainly furious.....
